So... since we are all spending a lot more time at home now, I was wondering whether my fellow Lakers fans also like cooking.

I personally enjoy it a lot and its actually one of the most relaxing activities for me. It annoys my wife because I spend like 3x the normal time with each meal, but the end results are usually satisfying for most family members.

That being said, I don't really have many favorite recipes in English since I usually search for them on Polish sites. The two I can really recommend are veggie, even though I'm a meat guy most of the time:
    https://cookieandkate.com/vegetable-fried-rice-recipe/
    https://cookieandkate.com/best-lentil-soup-recipe/

Hopefully I can encourage someone to post in here and post his/her favorite recipes as well. Considering the traffic as of late and the sexiness of this topic I am not very optimistic, hope you guys and gals find the motivation to participate :)

On a real note, I find that I'm not that creative in the kitchen. I eat quite a bit of fish and chicken and steamed vegetables, and I have a generic spice rack that I use to spice things up a bit. I don't feel like a chef or any potential for one, but I eat ok.

I do like my fried eggs in coconut oil though. And I have too much fun making my own microwave popcorn in brown paper bags after watching a youtube video. There are times it's my dinner.

Well, last night I made artichoke and clam pasta with some tomatoes over egg noodles. Ordinarily the tomatoes would have been fresh, but I had to use canned.

Chicken Tar Tar is my favorite.

Real question, anyone else slice raw chicken and then suddenly want to eat it because it reminds them of Yellowtail sashimi? Anyone? Is that just me?

I am a great fan of Asian food and made the butter chicken for the first time today using this recipe:
    https://cafedelites.com/butter-chicken/

It was fantastic (I have never namaged chichen meat so tender before), and super easy to make, but a tad too spicy. If you cook for children, maybe consider skipping the chilli completely with this one, the remaining spices should be spicy enough.

So in order to stay healthy, I made Shrimp Kimchi Fried Quinoa (as opposed to rice). It came out well. With the Kimchi and it's strong flavoring, switching out the rice for quinoa (which obviously doesn't taste as good) was much less noticeable.

4 or 5 pieces of chicken breast. Fresh or frozen doesn't matter.

Sprinkle some cumin and garlic power.

    20 ounces of salsa verde.

25 minutes. Shred and eat the best tacos. So easy.

Oh this sounds grand... Chicken breast is always dry tasting.
