This guy is a real deal. He can be our next great Center. But seriously, do you guys believe it is possible to sign him?

    Possible? Sure.

Hornets would have Jefferson and Batum without a deal. I doubt they'll bring back Jefferson, so they are in play for two legit max deals. They're 19-23. They have Zeller and Kaminsky. Not a bad team, but can't see Whiteside going there.

76ers are a freaking mess, as we all know, and they have a legion of bigs.

Lakers can offer max to two players, and they could use a Center. They're a mess, but they could turn around so quickly with the addition of two max players, a top 3 pick, and a new coach.

For any team, there's a base 3.3% chance that Whiteside signs with them (30 teams). I think five teams don't have the cap space to add Whiteside. This means that we're down to 22 teams. With one of them able to offer two max slots and in the market for a big man, that means we have 2 of the 23 chances.

So ~9% chance we land Whiteside?
