    Album is amazing. Definitely not your typical rap CD. Like you, I'm not his biggest fan, but this is on another level.

    I just picked up J. Cole's album and gave it a good listen. Its hitting home for me in a lot of ways as my relationship with my girl is not going well right now. Man, this makes writing this paper a lot more difficult.

    This is the real Cole. The last two albums were heavily influenced by the label.

    There are no singles on this album. There are no features. Cole did a bunch of the production. This is straight J cole.

    If you like this album - give his old mixtape a listen, Friday Night Lights. It was before he blew up. For four years I've waited for a follow-up to FNL. This is a true testament to the type of music Cole wants to put out.

    Chillbongo -- I downloaded FNL last night. I agree. His 2 previous albums had some hits, but not creative and understated like his first and last. I'm a fan.
