Surprised he didn’t have much to say about Lebron. Almost like he was trying to avoid giving him props. Disappointing.

I normally wouldn't respond, but you can't talk reckless against one of the players I've enjoyed watching and wanting to be a #FutureLaker for a minute... especially if those comments are completely unfounded. Tyson is a great dude and should be an amazing vet for our lockerroom.

He calls LABron "the greatest player of our generation" seconds into this interview. And this is how player fans really hurt the image of the players they idolize.

    Its disappointing...that he wasn't a Laker sooner!

Now let's go out tonight and avenge that previous loss.

vash I'd be interested a lot in your take on the questions at the bottom of the previous page about his offensive capability please. I really don't know. Just hard to believe after his whole life playing ball and good - great NBA career that he can't do anything besides dunk, score off lobs and put backs? Zero other moves?

LT: he has a limited perimeter game and no 3ball ability (literally every fga last season was in the painted area) ...but here's the thing...he knows it! He's going to eat in transition and playing off the pnr and weakside off playmakers like BronZoDo. But he ain't looking to stretch the floor and play the post game...and I don't think we're asking him to.

If you look at what the Lakers are doing, they done finesse'n. There's clearly going to be growing pains and I hope fans ain't looking at TyChandler as a quick fix. But this team is built for the playoffs, when things start to tighten up and the game starts to slow down. The refs will also recalibrate their whistles and not call (and penalize) every goddamn touch foul on defense.

If this don't work out, then he's a vet min that can be bought out or traded by Feb 8th (just before the deadline)....but I don't anticipate that at all. He's going to be on our playoff roster. It will be interesting to see who joins him tho.

I missed that interview. The other two seemed like he tried not to volunteer any take at all

Like McGee, he’s not delusional about what he can do. He’s stays within his game. He’ll rarely wow you, but he’s very steady. That’s perfect since we pretty much are built to get woes elsewhere.

@LTLakerFan since you were asking earlier about what TyChandler can do on offense... Here you go buddy! LFR does a far better job than I could ever dream of doing haha...

Anyways, I think he's going to be a boon for our defense (see what Bogut did for us last year). Sure, he's 36 but he was a DPoY and a champ that anchored that Dallas championship team defensively. He's going to be extremely valuable to our youth/lockerroom.

And even if he didn’t, who cares? Tyson has been in the league a long time and won a gold medal on the same team as Lebron. He shouldn’t be in awe of Lebron and has no need to offer unsolicited commentary on him.

Weren't he and Eddie Curry picked 1 and 2 one year? That's like having another top 2 pick talent on the team even if he's older. That's awesome. Lots of high draft picks on this team.

That defense of KAT! One of the biggest difference in the game.

    Saviorrr.

For real though, he made his impact felt tonight. Kept KAT in check without needing to double. Gave us excellent defense and got us those extra possessions to end the game.

McGee and Chandler work well together. McGee is a better offensive target, Tyson a better defensive stay at home defender.
