LOL after that leap coming toward him the guy on the receiving end still seemed surprised and waited for it with his chin. Clearly not a goalie am going out on a limb to say.

What a terrific card tonight! Every fight in the main card went against my expectations. All hail our three new champions especially Rose who I thought was the best of the bunch.

It was the first time in a long time that a big card delivered. All three title fights finished early in a big way. I am most interested in what comes next for GSP. He may have once, but he didn't look like he was at his best. I am sure a lot of that was ring rust and the adrenaline dump and wonder if he is going back to WW or staying at MW.

He might consider retiring on top honestly. I've heard rumors that he's already losing a bit of his grip on reality outside the ring (stuff about aliens?). Take your title and leave on top. If not, hes' got to come down to WW I think. He definitely didn't look great, but Bisping looked worse. I think Bisping should honestly consider retiring. He might be able to outlast one more fighter and go out on a win, but he wasn't sharp.

I think Bisping has mentioned he is getting close to being done. I just think he wants one more fight as he said in the press conference that he doesn't want his last moments in the octagon to be getting choked out. And btw WHY is Anderson still fighting?

Seems like a desperation move by the MMA. They want a new star to come out and I think this is the MMA's attempt to make Gastelum a more well known name.

Funnily enough they've got three champions who could be interesting now. Rose looked fantastic. GSP has been in a Marvel movie and he sells pretty well. I don't know about Dillashaw on the market, but he looked solid against Garbrandt. Honestly I'd like to see Garbrandt/Dillashaw 2. I thought Dillashaw easily could have lost that fight and Garbrandt was really overconfident.

For me, Rose was the only surprise of the three. Even an undersized GSP, octagon rusty GSP is better than Bisping. But I never expected Rose to KO JJ. Amazing win for her.

I was a little surprised by Dillashaw. Garbrandt toyed with Cruz. I figured he'd be able to beat Dillashaw as well.

Definitely loved seeing Rose though. Joanna was a monster and seeing someone come in and outclass her is exciting for that division.

    lol...Floyd would get destroyed.

Nate should be grateful it was only an exhibition, and is a few weight classes above Connor.

Conor is ducking everyone right now and as much as I am a fan, he's got to fight.

I think he's waiting for Mayweather to train up a little so they can sell another megafight, but I doubt Mayweather ever does it. Conor is more comfortable taking the easy paycheck though now that he's filthy rich.

The problem is he's spending money way too fast and soon he's going to have to fight again under circumstances he isn't in as much control of. He's letting the prime of his career bleed away.

How would Connor v Floyd mma fight go, considering underhanded money crap?

Money aside, skill vs skill, Connor leg kicks him a bunch, mixing in some scary head kicks, taking an off balance Floyd to the ground and rnc'ing him in the first round.

But needing to sell a good fight, I could see Connor taking it easy on Floyd, throwing some Jon jones push kicks and jabs, taking him down for some mild gnp but letting the fight last 2-3 rounds?

Or does Connor have too much pride and just humiliates and hurts Floyd?

Honestly I think Conor would love to make a show of it, but after a few minutes would just embarrass him. There's only so much time Conor could give Mayweather before it looks stupid that Mayweather is still standing.

Conor could honestly make him look like that poor girl that Schevchenko fought.

I think he would choose to destroy him in 30 - 60 seconds vs “allow” the fight to extend.

That way he could say he went multiple rounds in Floyd’s game, and he couldn’t even last a round in mine.

I think you are right if the money game fix is in Connor picks him apart and maybe even takes him down at the end of a round to let him save face. Eventually he subs him. BUT if the money game fix is not in, Connor leg kicks him to death 2-3 times before dumping him moving to full mount and just ground n pounds him into oblivion.

Not sure if Connor has the Randy Couture class to choke him out or if he just decides to crush him.
