    Connor is one bad man.

First to hold 2 titles at the same time.

I honestly was never a big Tate fan. She was supremely average, but at least a good sport and a good professional.

McGregor is too good. Alvarez had no shot in that fight.

I don't know if or how McGregor defends both belts, but he put on a show for the fans against a guy who couldn't compete on his level.

The thing that Tait had was her motor that went with her jack of all trades skills set. Like with HH, she kept grinding and found a way to win. It served her very well, except for against RR then it just got her arm destroyed. It seems like her motor is gone and she knows it. She was a pioneer and tough as nails. She will be missed, but I'm glad she knew it was time. Nothing is worse than watching a fight who won't accept that father time has won.

Cyborg tested positive again. She says it's not steroids this time. We'll see.

I'm Team Ronda, but she's got a built in excuse by not talking before the fight.

If she wins, she was focused. If she loses, she just not into it any more and retires.

She is very similar to Marvin Hagler who just couldn't get over losing (unfairly, IMO, to Sugar Ray Leonard). She identifies as the champion and really believed she'd never lose. By losing, even if she comes back and wins, I don't see her in it for the long haul. She can't go out undefeated and has so many other opportunities outside the octagon.

Man that has to be rigged right? She took everything and didn't do anything about it.

She was trying to go toe to toe. Still has a fantasy that she can box. Ronda is done. Wow that was surprise though, thought she would shore up that part of her game somewhat.

She's done. Took a year to get ready and went out in 48 seconds.

Great stand up skills... Girl needs to quit or change a training team.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Til Ronda gets a real coach and a real camp and learns to box she done.

No head movement, no technique on the feet, no footwork, hands up in the air looking like a fool. Just sad.

This is what I told my wife.

Ronda stood there and ate punches to the face like they were candy. No boxing technique whatsoever. She went in with the same f***ing gameplan she's always had: bullrush and submit. That's all she has! Guess what? The sport has caught up with and surpassed you. These girls are 100% better fighters. I know Holm lost 2 fights in a row, but I am confident she'd beat Ronda again. Ronda didn't learn anything with her time off. You can get in better shape, but that wasn't the issue! I never trusted her training team and boy did they utterly and completely fail her now.

It's sad in a lot of ways that she had to go out like that, but I think she should retire. Hopefully her head is in the right place. I hope she doesn't close out the world this time around and instead takes some time to be with family and retire as gracefully as possible. She still did wonders for female fighting and for the UFC in general to build this sport up.

That was..absolutely brutal. I don't have a problem with MMA, people can enjoy it if they want, but it's certainly not for me. I watched the video of this fight and more than a few times I almost had to turn away, it was not entertaining to see a woman get the snot beat out of her, it was cringe inducing. I hope Rousey retires, get further into acting or something. With her mentality she should not be entering the fight arena in this sport. You could see from the second the match started she was not confident, and that's guarantee to get you hurt, if not killed. I get that she probably had to come back after her first loss for herself, to see if she could do it, but clearly she can't, she looked done, like she didn't even belong there.

Nunes is spot on, what is crazy is that if Edmond is supposed to be such a great boxing coach why does her stand up looks so awful?

If Ronda ever wants here career back she needs to get humble and beg someone like Faber to take her in, or apologize and crawl over to Jackson/Winklejohn and plead for help. Holly is moving up and maybe they would take her. It seems like her and Jones are tight and he has reached out to her publicly. Heck, go see if you can train with the Diaz brothers and company...
