It was a result of his core training. He had major ankle problems his first few yrs. found a trainer who strengthened his core and upper leg muscles to put less stress on the ankles

And started wearing high ankle velcro cinched shoes. Don't know why more guys don't wear them. He seems to get around quite nicely while breaking other dudes' ankles.

Good points guys. My final take, you can coach AND train guys into greatness if they want it. You can improve athleticism, technique and overaall skill.

People make it seem like dudes ceilings are the roof 90% of the time lol.

    This looks hilariously....

Well bad. Average age is like 33, take out Deng and we are a really young squad.

It does. I thought we had Ennis for another season though, and Black with a 2nd year team option. Was it a player option?

If those are the starters we won't win a lot of games, but if Randle and Ingram both make strides, Lopez stays healthy, and Ball does his thing, they could be fun to watch at least. We aren't tanking either, so it'll be fun to root for wins without being told I shouldn't be.

Yeah. Yeah. Lavar said so right? This is fine. Everything will be fine and we're overreacting. It's all good. We have a plan!

I think we're underrating Lopez. He does a lot of things offensively that Luke loves; he shoots well, sets decent screens, can pick and pop, etc...I think we end up with more wins honestly.

I think we will. We're putting together some good young talent. We still need some more shooting, though.

Clarkson will/should start unless Hart surpasses him. At least with Ball, we won't have to watch him dribble, dribble, dribble and then dribble some more. Ingram now plays with a pass first point man...same with Randle.

Ennis and Hart can be the backcourt tandem off the pine.

Overall, we should be competitive if not racking up wins as much we should expect. Health will always be an important factor of course. It really reared its ugly head when we were above .500 last season and building something.

Starting five looks like we can win 30 games, but we have no bench. Zubac, Nance....I think more moves and trades will come....it's not over yet.
