Self explanatory. Post all pertinent reports and relevant discussion. I figured having a single place for discussion helps instead of taking other threads hostage with pages and pages of Westbrook banter.
The Lakers bro? I don't think we land him. If I am him, I don't accept the trade unless it's where I want to go and the team is good. It's a little bit too soon to tell right now, but I could see the trade deadline being more realistic of a target.

I'm sure Durant had enough of it. Lemme see: Warriors, peace, tranquility, success, quality individuals, big market..... or Thunder and Westbrook.... Peace out sucka!
I really like Westbrook's game but if he can alienate teammates like the affable Durant, it doesn't bode well doesn't it? 24 was the same way but he knew when to fall back plus he had the good cop in Fisher to smooth things over. Also the high fly act? It's sexy for ratings but one bad fall...eeeh. See Derrick Rose and last night with our own Nance. I still think he stays an Okie so he'll be his own man with his own crew just to prove a point. I agree with Jon Barry's point last night when he spoke of the irrelevance of trying to sign Westbrook with Russell on board. The latter HAS to go if that happens. I'm on the Paul George train...
I love Westbrook's game/talent... but if i could get George (or KAT or healthy Davis) over him, i WOULD .
One bad fall. Quoting sirron a few posts up, "Peace out sucka(s)" Suckas ... plural for Lakers if they were to "trade" away part of our paid for in blood under Brown, D'Antoni and Scott continuous HELL ..... "most promising" young guys, rather than sign him if he really wants to be here as a FA. I have to keep asking .... then what??? We still could be screwed even then with the huge salary on the books for length of the contract as he becomes D. Rose 2.0. DAR, fortunately is not a constant high fly act. Picks his spots. Hopefully continues that strategy. Actually did anyone else notice him land awkwardly on one then second leg spread out ..... on that surprise dunk the game before? Gave me a case of the Byron Scotts seeing that.
I'm with you... Trading away some of our building blocks out of desperation to be relevant again lickety split does not makes sense for all parties. One step forward...two steps back? Trying to gauge interest at the trade line? Fine instead of sitting back but let's not be impetuous. I do believe our front office would not be that reckless.
I want him to go to Boston because I don't think he resigns there. How amazing would it be to steal him from Boston while not losing anyone?
