The idea was he could feast off the open shots he’ll get from Lebron being aggressive and drawing defensive attention... well that didn’t happen. I dont blame Reggie for this performance. Let’s see how he does against Atlanta.
I don't think Luke knows how to use him yet - and it's not like Bull has a clue what to do in this "offense" either. Give him 5-6 games.
A few games will help but what he Muscala really need are a couple full practices with the team. Unfortunately every off day the rest of February is a travel day besides the ASG break. Maybe Luke will not go and stay behind to work with guys who also don't go. Starting him over Rondo was odd I thought.
Not exactly the greatest start to his Laker tenure. I know Luke is trying to accelerate his learning curve by throwing him into the fire immediately. Not sure that's the best strategy. Hopefully he doesn't continue the long running tradition of shooters coming to LA and forgetting how to shoot. I really don't understand this one. That part isn't Luke, it goes back nearly 20 years. There is no logical explanation behind it.
he should start, in place of Bi or Kuz, preferably BI but that wont happen either....our bench production has been terrible for a while now....Luke needs to keep Bi/Moose/Bullock out there when James/Kuz sit. Bi worked well on PnR with Brook last yr and he'll be able to drive n kick for both moose on Pn Pop or he can drive in and suck in the defense to kick it to open up shots for Bullock
