    Just saw a sit down interview Rondo had that was posted on facebook.

    Call me crazy but he made a lot of sense. Sure he might be saying the pat answers, and can turn a****** on a dime, but still.
    I was impressed by his intelligence, composure and fluency in speaking basketball. If he stays in this mode, I will be very happy to see him as a Laker.
    Obviously the red flags are there with Jim Carrey not being able to sort him out in the Mav's (maybe the his way or the highway pissed off Rondo)

    But I will say I endorse the signing of Rondo, Stephenson and McGee, and feel we have some talent here. I guarantee this will be more positive than the worst case scenarios I have heard.

    And if Kobe likes you and Dwyane Wade tries to break your arm (Just like Wade breaking Kobe's nose in the all star game), that is never a bad thing.

    I love the quote about how you can't beat the Warriors at their game. That is something I'm very, very interested in.

    We're clearly not trying to win their way. I hope our way works as well as Magic/Rob/Jeanie/LeBron/Rondo think it will.

    I'm tired of the soft a** s*** the NBA has turned into. Obviously we all want to protect the players and don't want severe injuries, but please bring back some of the smashmouth elements the 80s had!

    This type of saucin' needs to stop asap...

    Well we replaced him with Rondo, Stephenson, and (surprisingly) Wagner who can all mix it up just fine.

    Our team is so much better than last season. I don't think many people outside of Laker fans know how good our young players are. Rondo is going to be big for us. Ball can ball, but Rondo is TESTED. We'll be praising this signing in the post season.

    I just need the Showtime approach when they wouldn’t start s***, but they wouldn’t back down, and were just more focused on running your a** off the court.
