    Well i'm just looking at it long term, sure it's the abdication of US leadership on the global stage, but hey, it's not like he was going to enforce it anyways. The best we can hope for at this point is that the damage is only limited to 4 years and whoever succeeds him rejoins.

    The point of the agreement was to provide a framework to reduce emissions. The current targets won't get there but they are what is politically possible for each country at the current time. The framework provides for continual reporting and pressure to make improvements in emissions targets.

    ^^^ they can do their part without us. And like you said, the state's can do their part. We saved $100 billion in taxpayer money per year.

    I don't see a problem.

    Possible terrorist attacks in London tonight, van plows into people on London bridge, there's a stabbing in a restaurant, possible other events in a couple other places. So Trump tweets



    Real classy to use this attack to immediately push your agenda. Garbage human being, worst president of my lifetime. That this man speaks for my country saddens me. In fairness sake he went on to post this like 8 mins later, IMO as probably quick clean-up for his insensitivity.

    I don't disagree with you and I'm not defending Trump, but want to point out a constant criticism I had of Obama. He did the exact same thing after every mass shooting, calling for gun control.

    It comes off as very insensitive and almost calculated in its timing. You have to be heartless to be a politician.

    Hillary was going to let in thousands and thousands of refugees when she took office. I do wonder from time to time that if she would have won if we'd have had a few terrorist attacks by now. They seem to be coming almost a weekly occurrence at this point.

    I like Leo as an actor, but his trip and private plane, round trip (for an environmental award) probably burned more fossil fuels aka gasoline, than I'll use in a lifetime of driving.

    But not to out do him, obama and his wife flew different Air Force one jets to the same location for different talk shows.

    Hillary wouldn't have let in anyone. Unlike what she would have had you believe during the campaign, she's not at all a bleeding hear liberal. She wouldn't give a f*** about refugees, especially if it didn't give her some political points. She's all talk and posturing, no action, like most of the Democratic party.

    It's funny you say this. My sister (liberal) says the same thing about the Democratic party. I say the same about the GOP.

    I agree with you about Hillary. She doesn't do anything until she sees the opinion polls.

    The two parties hold obscene power. Their #1 goal us to retain that power, not change the world. Not help the country. Not help the citizens.
