    Westbrook is a great player but he can keep his ninja turtle looking a** in OKC and wallow in that misery for the rest of his career. He's like Love, in the sense that he's always scoffed and ridiculed anyone who has asked him or mentioned him and lal in the same sentence. I recall a few yrs ago, someone posted a clip of him on bench during a okc/lal gm and fans were bugging him to come to la n he said something like STFU and HELL NO! Its like Love when he was in Minn and how he would denegrade our situation vs his in Minn, how they were building better, etc. anything anyone asked him bout rumors to lal

    Paul George may have called and asked him if he wanted to join, but nobody said Klay was up for it...

    A lot of things change. I think it's interesting if Paul George is already asking players to join him in LA. Let's actually get him first.

    True, but if George is already doing that it only confirms for me that unless something drastic happens within the next year which could, but that he sees himself in a Los Angeles Lakers uniform a year from now.

    We've known that for a little while here now. Hopefully it stays that way. Hopefully his narrative continues. Hopefully Ainge and Pritchard blink when they realize George isn't going to sign an extension.

    You know he is. You don't want to scramble around last minute. He's recruiting and taking feelers on players as we speak and will do as the season goes on. When you're envisioning something you analyze and create a game plan as you go to be game ready when the time comes around. Also you try to plant seeds in people's heads so they don't make plans elsewhere. Part of the recruiting biz.

    IF Westbrook doesn't sign that super max ext within the FA period, I could see a storm his way, hopefully that'll divert teams attention to Russ instead and we can swoop right back in on PG lol

    Listening to Russell's emotional MVP speech I could actually see him staying with OKC long term despite the extravagant nature other teams might possess next off-season. He's a very proud person who is rooted deep within that OKC community and family.
