It’s about time for us to get some wins against top teams. Denver was over a month and a half ago and outside of that one, we haven’t beat anyone impressive. Until we do that, we don’t deserve to move up in the standings.

We had a win against the Pacers (.655) awhile back. They have a higher winning % than we do right now. Granted their playing in the leastern conference, but it's not a win to sneeze at.

True. I guess what I’m really getting at is that we haven’t beaten any of the teams ahead of us in the West yet so there’s no reason to think we should overtake them until we’ve proven ourselves. I love how well we’ve been doing lately (16-6) and I think there’s a great energy surging with this team. But 4th in the west seems appropriate for now. Let’s see how we do on Christmas.

I expect us to lose against well coached disciplined teams that can effectively expose and exploit our weaknesses. That’s ok. That’s how you keep young teams focused and hungry.

We're really not a top 4 team in the West yet tbh, so I'm ok with this. Expose the weaknesses and flaws, shore them up, and build toward the playoffs. I'll be happy with top four by the end of the year and first round home court, but I think that's as good as it's going to get.

I think you're right. Fortunately for us, this loss did not cost us and Denver might lose tonight against Toronto. Still, need to continue building the chemistry and playing good defense. We were quite depleted tonight and our guys were tired, so... hopefully we will win against the Nets soon.

We have missed some valuable chances to gain ground this year or get more ahead of the teams behind us...we need to take care of business against a surging BKN team whom have won 5 straight...

    What to watch:

    • Utah vs Houston
    • Memphis vs Golden State
    • Portland vs LA Clippers
Utah announcers complaining that Harden took 4 steps, bumped Rubio and then Ricky got called for a foul in crunch time. Oh, really?

It's all good for us right now, because we're not playing extremely well lately - some ups and downs, obviously - yet we managed to move up in the standings. We need our depth back. Having no BI, Rondo and MCG (who had a flu) hurts a ton. Rondo is cleared to play and is rehabbing with the D-League team, BI is close as far as I know, and McGee will probably play toight - I see nothing on the injury report.

Houston is winning a lot of games and they are in the playoffs now. It did not take too long.

OKC is blowing teams out lately. They look for real as well.

We're about to hit 5-8 spots, and there we will stay.
