This team is walking a thin line from tbe front office down. Whichever way we fall, this summer is make it or break it imo.

    .

Uh yeah. If nothing big happens this summer, mozdeng would have been expiring/off the books, so all the salary clearing looks silly. And bkn--who took the complete opposite rebuild route from a similarly deep hole--will have been proven right.

My real wmc for today: the knicks snapped their zillion-game losing streak at Atlanta last night.

He seriously tried to Kelly Olynyk LeBron’s arm. Luckily LeBron is strong and Paul is tiny, but still, some friend.

Scott Foster still being an NBA ref. Luke having zero offense to run at the end of close games other than “LeBron/Ingram you go dribble for 20 seconds then score somehow”.

I thought the Lakers fought hard today....but they didn't have a plan offensively.

I missed the first half. But in the second half, I saw 90% ISO ball from Ingram and LeBron.

Yes, it sparked a come back and got us a W but this ain't cutting it. With this type of offense you are going to miss the playoffs.

Where the heck is the flow? Rondo was useless creating shots. Kuzma didn't dominate the ball but was present and aggressive when he could.

But dammit, that was terrible to watch. But comparing it to the Rockets (complete eye sore), it was still pretty as hell. I don't think I have ever seen a team that is as unwatchable as the Rockets...

Harden's style of play is just a disgrace to the game of basketball. As soon as somebody opens a door in the staples center and there is a draft, Harden falls hard to the floor. Paul must have mentored his flopping to a whole new level. On offense and defense. Whenever somebody took a breath, Harden fell.

The sad part about all of that is how much praise Harden gets for being a “smart” player. They literally applaud him for initiating contact and go out of his way to draw a foul. I’ll give him that he’s “clever” in his ways to draw fouls, but it ruins the game and teaches future players to just play for the foul rather than to work on footwork or fundamentals.

    1. He’s initiating the contact. So he should technically be getting offensive fouls OR at least a no call. Also he kicks out his legs on threes when he knows a defenders coming, yet no one blinks an eye.

    2. He flops. What happened to the league enforcing flopping fines and penalties? The moment someone touched him, he goes flying. How does the league see this as normal contact? And then LeBron has to run through a Football Defensive Line worth of contact, get tackled, to get a call.

Such a disgrace of a “basketball” player.

The ROCKETS complaining to the league about the officials tonight, LMFAO, I love it, even if they are right and Scott Foster is a friggin joke

The reality is they didn’t get 2nd half free throws because all they f***ing do is shoot threes. 41 threes this game, and it felt like 20 of them were in the 4th. Shut the hell up or go to the hoop more.

Think it was a badly officiated game on both ends. Harden picked up some suspect fouls for sure. But we were equally punished as well. Won't stop the NBA from thinking Foster is Silver's puppet to propel LA into the playoffs.

All of harden's offensive fouls were legit, and at least five FTAs were not. Last thing Houston wants is the league shining a light on officiating in their games.

And Chris Paul is such a punk. You'd think he'd grow out of it.

Houston currently has probably the 3 biggest crybabies in the NBA.

Tank commander Paul, Harden and D'Antoni...

OF COURSE they are gonna complain. I literally think they are the 3 biggest crybabies in the NBA (Hassan Whiteside and Dwightmare are honorable mentiones), all on one team.

Harden doesn't really complain too much...mainly because he has no f'n reason to. But he is a sore loser.

Yeah. The calls looked pretty legit to me. It was nice to see him actually get called for those charges.

hearing the TNT guys complain on his behalf was soul-crushing. i mean, when they were trying to claim he didn't shove kcp, they basically leaned on "he always gets away with that" as the reason it's not a foul.

it's a foul. you can't just push people because they beat you to the spot. i honestly can't believe what i'm watching with harden sometimes. it's like he decided privately to just keep pushing the boundaries until they broke, and they never do.
