i mean, i guess. okc is the #1 ranked defense in the league and one of their non-shooters is a league mvp who averages a triple double. their "shooter" is an all-nba player, too.

i think my point stands, despite the exception.

i'm the resident pessimist, and the d was good, imo--until the last couple of minutes when they lost focus and chicago was just hyper aggressive. otherwise, they were taking away their top options. at the half, they made some adjustments to get shots for lavine and markannen, but the lakers had them on lock for significant chunks of the game.

but yeah, chicago IS the league's worst offense, so there's that...

Entire starting lineup was a negative overall. Bench saved this game.

that one call where it went off westbrooks leg and they called it out on us only for us to then give an and 1 was killer...almost lost us the game.

however the refs also did miss an 8 sec violation on kuz at the end there as well

After this game I am thoroughly convinced that Luke should have the lineup that closed it out tonight as the starting lineup until Lebron gets back. Zu and Hart are great out there with Kuz, BI and Zo. That group has the best chemistry. Zu gives us a better and more versatile offensive attack especially with his pick and roll ability.

WMC, the one game I skip to do other things and we score 138 and beat OKC in OT, and it was on TNT so there’s no replay for me to catch.

My WMC...loss to Cavs at home.

Seriously unacceptable. Teasing us by winning an OT game on the road against the Thunder shows that they simply didn't feel to bring it.

Yeah Zu has earned a start with some of his games of late this one of course especially. He's in great shape now too and playing with confidence. Really showed well on some screens on D too. Gets unfair rap here from some for being too slow for modern game. He gets up and down the floor fine for a center who's only going to get stronger to help handle true bigs in the league. Really still needs to work on his upper body now, his legs and base are solid.

I hope we don't let Harden drop 50+

I hope KCP and Hart come out ready to play before they get eaten up.

We should trap him a lot on the PNR/isos, especially with Capela out

Who is able to make plays 4 on 3 on the Rockets on a regular basis ?

I hope we will do it ... but I'm not holding my breath
