Nwaba: 13/9/4 with 1 steal and 2 blocks. He shot 5/9 from the field and 0/1 from deep while chipping in 3/5 from the line.

I said it in the gameday thread: Nwaba is almost too good for this league. I think defensively he's playing at an NBA level already. Offensively, Nwaba still is desperately searching for a jumper. If he can't make a jumper, he might not be able to find the floor in the NBA, but I absolutely love his energy. I hope he continues to develop and gets some burn with the varsity squad.

I love his defense and hustle, and he's so smart at skirting the baseline and waiting for those passes for easy dunks. But yeah, he has got to be able to make a shot or he's going to only get limited bench time, he's even struggling to make a FT right now.

He starts knocking that shot down though and he's probably the 9th or 10th guy on the roster... I'm really pulling for him.

Probably JC. He's another ball handler (though developed tunnel vision after his rookie season) that could help Ball against top notch point guards.

    Nwaba.

He can't space the floor, but he's good at motion and back cuts, provides defense, and Ball will be able to hit him a lot since Brook can clear out near the 3 pt line

Neither one, rather have Vander Blue, because he has the Mamba mentality. 29 point lead not a problem just kept shooting and driving until we won by 5

I really like what Nwaba brings in terms of his D. Clarkson is so awful at D. I'm imagining Ball and Clarkson back court just getting abused on screens - neither one does a good job of getting around them. Nwaba's D is infectious, much like Ball's offense. The two make a nice match out there. Clarkson is still best suited as a bench scorer. Unless his game has somehow changed drastically which I highly doubt. Actually having him out there with Rondo might be a really good bench back court unit. Not feeling Clarkson as a starter.

And it hurts the bench.. Clarkson,Kuzma,Nance off the bench sounds alright. Brewer/Nwaba as starters for now if no Caldwell-Pope ;)

I don't want to see Ball getting abused on defensive end. Nwaba looks like he can bother opposing PGs. Ah yea, it sucks that Brook will be the best 3pt shooter in the starting lineup.

If he clears waivers, we can re-sign him.

Damn, that's where that other $1M came from to the $18M deal for Pope. But KCP made him redundant.

Liked his energy, hope he sticks around the G-League team.

I'm sure there's a behind the scenes deal happening, we'll see. Magic loves the kid, I'm sure he spoke to him about waiving him and resigning him.
