All jokes aside, this is what I found:

Just head to the General section of Change PC Settings and choose Remove Everything and Reinstall Windows. To be safe, erase the data "thoroughly," not "quickly." The computer will erase the drive, reformat, and automatically install a new copy of the OS.

Do you know if you're running Windows Vista, Windows 7, or what operating system you're running on your old computer?

What John is telling you is that everything on a computer can be erased by reinstalling the operating system. If your computer is really old, it might need the original operating system disk that came with the computer, but newer computers have the ability to erase everything and reinstall the operating system built into the system.

Do you know how old you're computer is, or what operating system it's running?
