In trying to show loyalty we end up treating him like royalty. I like the player, but i've had enough of this BS:Headpoint: He's a BUSST. :Jimmy:
Looks like Luke is open to leaving Golden States. He interviewed with Brooklyn and New York. http://nypost.com/2016/04/17/phil-jackson-talked-with-luke-walton-about-knicks-job/
All that tells me is that Luke is open to coaching elsewhere and if that's the case, he'd undoubtedly prefer the Lakers' job. - More freedom - Low expectations - Multiple young minds to develop - West coast - His "home" franchise - Money would be similar - Phil is already rumored to be leaving... Why would I want to go coach there if I'm also unproven?
If Luke is ready for a head coaching job and is interviewing right now, we need to be on the phone to him yesterday. No more of this waiting to be nice to BS, BS. Fire his a**, go coach hunting. Better teams than us fired their coach mid season, a cosch that was in the Finals, and one that was in the WCF were fired this season. We have no excuse for dragging this out. Also, "ATKINSON! I think Wiggins getting traded ultimately will be a great thing for him. He and Towns together form one hell of a punch. They'll get another high pick this summer. All they need is a few veterans to tie things together.
if earl Watson gets to keep his job because the suns played a little more respectably as the season closes, then it follows that Byron...
