    How can anyone not love that man. He came a long way, so glad we got him and that he will probably end his playing career wearing p&g. Would love to see him around as an assistant coach or something.

    You have to admire Ron for his passion and all his hard work. He's probably still one of the most hard-working guys on the team, I'm sure of it. I'd love if our front office can keep him in some capacity (not as a player, mind you! :). There has to be something he can help with.

    He's sort of being forced into retirement which is awkward, but I'm just not sure we can use a roster spot for him next year. Having him around is helpful just to foster that winner's mentality and that hard-working mentality, but he can coach for that. He can be a player development coach for that.
