Yeah that's a given, but the difference between garbage and productive is rather large, wouldn't you agree?

That difference could end up being Ingram+Deng vs Zu+Deng+future1st, for example.

i said it in gametime thread but...Deng actually played really well on MOnday.

If it weren't for Kuzma, he would have a spot in the rotation. I think if we end up making trades and Deng isn't involved in them...we could end up having to use him and pumping his value up in the process. Plus, he's getting time with Lonzo and he's looking good next to him. If he can hit his 3s, and play solid D...there's a spot for him in the rotation no doubt about it.

Randle and Nance have been put on notice...

It's important to respect your elders. Who else on this roster has lived through the WW1?

Don't joke about that. The Askari commited horrific atrocities in Africa on both sides. Deng always looked like a high character guy. Did he fight Europe? Well, that's a different matter.

The good news: Deng's trade value is at the highest it'll be.

The bad news: Deng's trade value is at the highest it'll be.

Luke put Deng in a bad position...he's no longer a 3 and of course he started at 3 and looked terrible.
