Erratum: In the Article it states that Deng is 32 years old, after a quick verification, the writer admits Luol reeks of Bengay and denture glue and places his age at about 63.

Am I reading this correctly? Deng works on his conditioning a whole 30 minutes during game nights at home. Whoopi. Or is he saying he works on his conditioning the whole game while watching it on TV? Probably aren’t working that hard if you’re watching TV anyhow.

I should have said home games, not at home. My question was does he really only work on his conditioning during the 30 minutes before a home game and then watch the game from the arena or workout facility?

If he thinks he has any chance of getting picked up by a team and playing meaningful minutes, he needs to be in the gym night and day working on his old man game. Otherwise he will get run off the court by the other team.

He said as much as he can.

At his age, a 30 min workout is pretty impressive

You guys are so hard on seniors

    His workout:

    1. Fill up the bath tub
    2. Sit inside
    3. Pull the drain plug
    4. Fight the current
    5. Exit tub once exhaustion stage passes

Doesn’t even need ice in the bath since he hasn’t exerted himself enough to tax his muscles and joints.

Old spice is a body wash/deodorant. When you're old and dry like Luol it can be clutch and it adds swagger. Nobody likes the smell of a 60 year old hustler cologne.

If Deng does not play again this year ( and he wont) he has made over 17 million dollars to make one basket. One basket, process that, the only points he scored this season 1 basket made, 2 attempted.

That is like 170 half court shots based on the $100,000 prize for a Laker fan in attendance at a game.

I know contracts are based on a body of work and Mitch's mind of senility, but this is egregious. The Moz and Doz contracts are such a poor note for Mitch to finish on.

I remember those lonely images of Mitch sitting in the stands head in hands thinking about trades. He was watching the gm game pass him by. Did any other front office suit get filmed like Mitch when we were getting blown out, swept by the Mavs etc? It was weird, like he asked to be filmed.

Believe Magic and Rob, they tried everything they could to trade Deng

Can't be missed to how well Deng has been all things considered, he didn't pull a Noah and get upset but has just been silent and still showing up at practices, helping/talking to our guys when he can.
