i know we say kidd turned into a respectable shooter after a long while but kidd form at least looks "normal"....zo form on other hand well its as ugly as anything we've ever seen

Kevin Martin had a similar form on his shot. And he was a respectable shooter.

The difference is that Martin was a shoot-first player. So his funky release didn't effect him too much.

Zo is a pass-first, pass-second, pass-third, think about it for a 5 secs, then take a shot player. This isn't unusual for a pass-first PG. Nash and Kidd were that way too. Kidd didn't become comfortable taking those shots until later in his career. Nash's form on his shot was so mechanically sound that it didn't matter if he took those off-rhythm shots. He'd make them anyway.

I'd prefer that Zo try to change his mechanics and try to emulate Nash. He's never going to be a score first player like Martin. That's not his nature. This isn't the 90's or early 2000's anymore. You have to make an outside shot these days if you're a guard.

With him on the court -21, by far the worst on the team.

8 assists to 3 turnovers was decent.

    0-6 from 3. Patented.

He was bad. But he wasn't the only awful guy and wasn't the main reason we lost. Still, not very encouraging.

Bad shooting night, you know if he misses his first two shots that he feels unconformtable, but i did like his agression and confidence at the beging of the 4th q,when he was running the show his body language looked so diferent, everything was looking great untill at the drive where he passed the ball to cp3.

First time since 1982 and Magic / Kareem for two Lakers to go triple double.

Not only does he get the triple-double, he holds Kemba Walker to 4 points. Probably his best performance as a Laker.

While you may be getting ahead of yourself here, I agree with you that Zo may just win a DPOY or two before he's done.

Totally agree. Best Zo performance yet in his young career. That was a beauty. Complete and utter domination of Kemba, triple dub, shot 7 for 11, 50% from three, and five steals . . . superb.

He may struggle with his shot, but his defense, rebounding, passing and pushing of the offense have been pretty darn consistently good especially for a second year player. I love this kid.
