This just shows me that Lavar (and even his boys) will go to any extent to get to the Lakers. Buckle up folks.

That life is going to be a struggle for them.

If Lavar thinks seeing his son get 25 minutes to play for the Lakers is rough, watch when his boys are literally playing zero minutes for a crappy, small international team getting picked on before and after games. His sons are going to have to grow up REAL fast.

A few things I've found concerning the LKL and Vytautas via Reddit.

Yeah he's delusional. Not going to happen. Especially with him demonstrating what a pain in the a** he becomes.

Exactly. The young one better lose the peacock like orange hair in a hurry and his older brother better learn martial arts to try and protect the two of them. When they both had full boats at UCLA.

It might be good for them honestly. It could teach them discipline and hard work pays off instead of this spoiled, lavish life they're living now.

For the kids I hope you are right. But they need to squeeze in quality education somehow. LaVar better be ponying up for the best tutor money can buy for both of them to finish at least HS for Melo and to help make Gelo smarter. And see that they stick to it while he watches from afar most of the time. Least he can do after ripping UCLA from them.

I think an education has flown the coop. At least for the time being.

When he goes over there .... piss people off and make it even harder on his kids just like he does for Lonzo.

This crap with bad mouthing Luke .... I would have a lot more respect for Lonzo to grow a pair and tell him it's time to knock it off and STFU. The buffoon is jerking with his employer now and Lonzo is the one that is front and center on the Brand. Even though LaVar keeps acting like it's all about him. T

Turning people off and pissing them off for how he is handling everything is not a long term plan for selling their gear and any of his other grandiose in his own head plans.

Well Vash .... like we are saying it's never going to happen. Are you drinking the old man's cool aid or something? At a certain point you need to see him for what he is.

    :Crazyartest:

And if he wasn't delusional and full of himself he would not have done all the s*** he did in the past 5 weeks. FACT. Doesn't do the brand Lonzo has to carry any good when people start hating the old man.

He's probably quietly trying to speak into existence being the Laker coach behind closed doors.

You guys seem awfully sure it won't happen....meanwhile I like to play DeVil's advocate. :Brows:

Gelo has to sign with the league and judging from how poor scouts are rating him, he can go unclaimed for 48 hours after being undrafted and then can choose to sign with the South Bay Lakers. That or the Lakers can draft him with a 2nd round pick.

With Melo, looks like the UCLA route is also out the door and by being 16 and going pro, he can be on the fast track to signing with the league as well. He's obviously more talented than Gelo, but he simply takes the route Zo did by only working out for the Lakers and the rest, is as Lavar would say, HISstory...spoken into existence.

We'll just have to see what happens next, will the two younger Ball bros dominate in Lithuania? Or will they flop and never make the NBA? Find out on the next episode of Ball in the Family!

With everything that's happened so far, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a power play by LaVar through Lonzo (such as demanding a trade) if the Lakers don't want LiAngelo or LaMelo in the future.
