I like games like this. We have given the second best team in the conference half of their losses. We beat the Nuggets as well. I still think we should maybe be looking to trade Ingram and/or Ball for another star now rather than wait for the fools hope that we can sign Durant and trade for AD in the offseason.

Not sure about Kemba. If it was just Ball and change for Kemba? Sure. But Ingram is too steep a price for a guy that probably won't give us a puncher's chance this season. Lebron and Kemba won't be enough with Hart, Kuz and McGee.

Best game of the year, but not because of offense. It was because of how ENGAGED he was on DEFENSE.

THAT is what i want to see from LeBron every night. If HE is engaged, everyone else will follow

Well we all know that is not realistic if we want him to have any legs and stamina left come playoff time. But bring it in those times when the game is on the line how about.

Crazy to think Cap, Karl, Kobe, Lebron and Wilt all have/had their Top 5 scoring achievements in the Purple and Gold uniform.

The legend of the Lakers continues...

Bron's efficiency is absolutely unbelievable right now. And it would be even higher if he was able to convert those free throws. But yeah, it's amazing for a wing player.

There you go, thats the Lebron I've been waiting to see. Don't care so much about the 40 points but care greatly about him looking alive on the defensive end.

He's just pacing himself. From what I've read in the last few years in CLE he has always started slow for the year because when a man has made 8 straight finals he knows he can't be the dominate force that he is through all 82 games of the regular season.

    This is nice to see:

1st... stop tampering with our player. Dude was asked about the loss of Trevor Ariza in the same interview and had the audacity to say he couldn't comment on it due to the rules...da f***?!?

2nd... That's why dude brought Melo and Cp3 on board...he had a harden for Bron.

3rd... Bron just ain't into you bruh...

Morey actually believes that LeBron is significantly better than Jordan.

I understand that's what his fans, and most Lakers fans want to believe, but I don't believe that's the whole story. I'm sure he's pacing himself somewhat, and it's not like he's cooked. He's going to have great games like this sometimes, but I also think he's starting his decline.

You can explain away everything we've seen so far by it being his choice except that he's having trouble driving past his primary defender in isolation. LeBron use to eat that s*** up, and now teams are daring him to make them double him. Yeah, he's a great passer, so teams are damned if they do double, and damned if they don't, double him. But our shooters so far this season aren't the threat he usually has around him, and he's still not making teams pay for trying to guard him one on one as much any more.

Chief, Brons for sure missed some chippies at the rim, but for the amount of attempts he takes on drives, he's shooting only worse than really Giannis, Trae and LeVert...good for 4th best in efficiency off drives.

Also consider that Bron had just 64 less points in the paint than Giannis (5th best league-wide). Seems like a huge gap between the Freak and Bron, but then consider Giannis can only go to the rim (2-28 from 3 this year) while Bron gets a good majority of his points off the 3ball.

So I would say Bron is actually pacing himself and learning how to play with his new teammates quite well (within these first 15 games).

We're playing for May, so dude can't go full throttle yet. It seems pretty obvious to me.
