    I don't mean to discount this, but it was done in isolation against a rookie...

    I love LeBron, I think he's the best player in the NBA, and I'm excited to have him on our team. But I hate when people use last years playoffs as a testament to his greatness, particularly the series against the C Bags. If anything, it shows how he's slowing down, given it took him 7 games to beat a team missing their 2 best players and running their offense through a 19 year old.

    I view him kind of like us getting Glen Rice at the end of his career. I’m hoping he plays decent for a year or two, but after that we all hope he’s not shot

    If that were Kobe, I'm not sure anyone is complaining about him hitting back-to-back dagger threes against a better team in a series where they're trailing 2-3 and in danger of being eliminated.

    The only thing LeBron has done the last two seasons is show me he's done being afraid of the big moment and missing the big shot which was really my only complaint about his game I had left. He can post up, he can shoot, he can drive still, and of course he's got that extra athleticism to separate himself from the pack. The guy is the full package right now. He's Kobe 2010: the right blend of skill and talent as a veteran that makes a perennial MVP candidate.

    Good media day responses from James above far as I'm concerned. It wasn't Plaschke that asked him the bad "How do you juggle your films and outside businesses, etc with playing basketball?" question and he shot that down appropriately. Like Kobe he's not going to suffer fools with bad questions. And he trimmed his beard. I'm good.
