This is actually the "side" of Bron that Sirron is more interested in. ;)

I’m not gonna lie, and I never thought I’d think or say this, but it just looks right. I guess it always looks right when the best player in the NBA is a Laker again though. Have to admit my dislike of LeBron overall has dipped greatly with his school opening and bashing Trump and such lately, and on the Laker front going to the summer league and speaking so highly of our young core.

I really can’t wait for the season to start. It doesn’t help that August is the worst sports month of the year, and I don’t think that’s debatable. The drudges of baseball, one major golf tournament, and pre-season football.

I'm pretty sure this is part of some sort of 2k commercial. Since he's on the cover.

    NBA 2K19 Cover Star
As we mentioned above, LeBron James is the cover star for the 20th Anniversary Edition of NBA 2K19. LeBron obviously made the high profile move to LA since the cover was originally revealed, so we'll have to wait and see whether 2K makes any alterations to the box art.

Bron workin on the block? Interesting. He really should give Kob a call for some footwork drills. He would be absolutely devastating if he had any semblance of Kobe's post game.

that's the one part of the game he would of been so great and unstoppable at if he had post up moves. hopefully he worked on it somewhat this offseason.

The guy is already basically unstoppable, if he can get his footwork up to Kobe/Hakeem level, FORGET IT. He has improved a lot though, especially his midrange post game, I used to be perfectly fine letting him take that shot but not so much anymore. I don't know the numbers but I bet it's improved.

I can't remember the numbers off the top of my head, but I recall he was pretty successful in the post last year. The problem was he didn't go to it too often. I think he's going to be in the post a LOT for the Lakers over the next four years. Both in the low post and the mid-high post. It's going to really help him gain years on those legs instead of just having him in high pick and rolls all the effing time.

I think a lot of his post ups are Shaq style, power down low until he's close enough to score. Which is fine, it's very efficient.

But I'm a big fan of skilled post play. I loved watching Hakeem growing up, Kobe taking that into his later years and mastering it, Pau with his IQ down low. The only thing those guys never had was the dominant brute strength that Lebron and Shaq had over their opponents. Add a little bit of footwork, up and unders, and fakes? They'd be complete.

BI thinking...damn, I'm next...so they expect me to do 1on1 drills from the post against that man. I'll gladly take my chances against Bullyius again.

Here's how Bron has fared vs other stars:

And here's Bron's shooting breakdown from last year (fyi: FT/elbow is roughly 15ft from the rim). He shot 40% (57/140) from that distance.

LeBron physically looks in mid-season form already. Can’t wait to see how the youngsters look physically different at the start of preseason.

If LeBron ever fills out his upper body he could be a force in the league.

So OK. Now all of our players get to see up close and personal how the (best player in the world) goes about preparing for the season and the rest of his career. In-freaking-valuable for all of them.

Looks like Kuz and BI were in the build'n (double entendre intended).

Btw, if I'm Kuz/BI and have to face dude 1on1 during those drills, I'm calling travel every damn time on Bron (to keep my pride and manhood intact).

Espn and their "experts" think awfully low of us (barring a significant injury, we'll miss the playoffs...really???).

I guess the silver lining is that the MVP will be wearing Purp & Gold again...its been a minute.
