    what money to they have after resigning Butler? Not enough for another max contract, that's for sure.

    Even if they don't resign Butler I don't think they have enough money for a KD type Max deal.

    I think I read they still have room for a max contract next year. That's why he's on the odds sheet if I'm not mistaken.

    I'm too lazy to do the math, but I still think given KD's Max and what that would be per year they still don't have enough for KD. But its close if I'm looking at this correctly.

    You have to figure too, that Butler is going to decline his option and resign at a bigger number than $19 million per year.

    read somewhere that Embiid contract has special bonus incentive that would increase his current cap hit if he makes one of the all-nba team and Butler cap hold is actually $30mill not $19 anymore

    1A to my Klay 1B....Talent wise KD by a pretty good margin but to much baggage with him IMO, at his age its still odd that he pays attention and has twitter battles with random trolls

    Unfortuantely, by next season I think Philly will be better. But C Bags vs Lakers for two season in a row where we win both and overtake them in rings would be like watching a sunset on Wakiki Beach with Kate Beckinsale and Gal Gadot in bikinis while drinking a Mai Tai and playing fetch with a bengal tiger who is fiercely loyal to you due to your overpowering musk.
