We need to decide who's going to stay and stop with these one year contracts... It's obvisouly not working. Either commit to KCP, or Bullock... If we're doing both, then figure out the lineups/personnel... Cause BI from what I know is your starting 2... and I don't want anymore Bullock as PG bullcrap...
lol, yes. please, somebody (that's not the lakers) sign this guy. we've given klutch our pound of flesh.
I mean what is he going to say? We were screwed, bent over a barrel by Klutch and had to pay this POS.
“We’re happy to be signing KCP, we feel he will be a valuable asset to our team, he brings both shooting and defense, things this team has been lacking from the SG position”. You know, normal things for a GM to say, not that ridiculous spiel, comparing signing a decent NBA player to a fair contract to a story of people being saved by god with food from heaven. I’m not religious, I find it ridiculous outside of that, I think actual bible followers should be even more offended by the nonsense.
I guess each to there own, I find it amusing. I actually think what’s offensive is describing KCP as good in anything, which is what I thought you were talking about haha.
"He's the 2nd max star we've been waiting for all along and was right under our noses, who knew?" .....Maginka probably lol
The minute, heck, the second we get officially eliminated from the playoffs KCP starts to play well even great at times. GTFO here! We wain't falling for the same damn trick again. So frustrating to watch down the stretch. He couldn't even put 2-3 games like this together when we needed him most during the year with all the injuries...
i'm hoping us highlighting him at the end of the season ends our "agent relations" tour with kcp/klutch. showcasing him for others now is our final act of beneficence in repayment for the lebron delivery.
bro, you know KCP is Maginka plan B...as Vader said to Luke "search your feelings, you know it to be true" lol......so if that cap roll over plan is in tact, KCP has a good chance of returning especially when he'll get full bird rights after 1 more 1yr deal here.
only way full bird really matters is if a) we don't rollover another year and/or b) he signs at a low dollar amount. IF management really likes him AND he likes playing here, signing for whatever's left over after we spend on FAs with a wink-wink that we can overpay him again in 2020 actually makes sense for both sides. the trust has been built...
I don’t think KCP is plan B, I think he’s like plan F. Kemba, Jimmy Butler, these seem like plan B. Cousins plan C, etc. Man I hope KCP is never a Laker again, it’s so painfully obvious he’s gunning for a contract right now.
Get this bum off our team! Starts KILLING it the moment there's nothing to play for and zero pressure to win. He choked it up when the games mattered and when we REALLY needed him... Somebody else better sign this fool...I'm sick of seeing him fool us
