First and foremost they need to be more efficient. They are terrible shooting the basketball right now.

He’s playing pretty well, no? Yeah, he’s got his OC plays, but he’s giving us some major scoring off the bench, 19 points last night. I’ve been as down on him as anyone, but he’s playing the bench scorer role very well. I think at the very least he’s creating some trade value should we look to move him at the deadline or even mid-December.

He's still overdribbling, but he's also passing more than usual and he is hitting his shots. He's definitely bringing value. He could eventually make a great trade asset at the deadline if he keeps playing like this.

Clarkson's mid-range (a lost art nowadays) off the pick and roll has been mostly money.

Got that floater down too. We really need that ability. Ennis wasn't too bad out there either. Kid is only 23 too. Just a cheap role playing PG. For what hes getting paid i think weve been pretty harsh on him.

Randle's been doing a nice job setting him screens to open up the mid range pull up for Clarkson. Really good to see.

Personally I'm no longer in a hurry to trade JC because of what I've seen so far. I don't know that we would be able to easily replace what he's given us as the bench go to scorer. He's been efficient and consistent thus far and he makes it look pretty easy. He's a fairly good value in that role, too.

I understand we want to jettison Deng, but I'm thinking more and more we need guys like Clarkson for the bench if we do land a FA or two. Problem is Hart isn't the versatile scorer that Clarkson is. He's good beside him but not in place of him.

Competition brings out the best in players or makes them more disciplined. Hart will adapt his game. Four years of toiling at Nova honing it means he'll do the same in the pros albeit it's a different level. What I like about Clarkson is that he is not a head case and is coachable. He is flourishing now in the role that Williams and Young filled the season before.

He's playing well. I always thought he was a good scorer, but interestingly enough - I think KCP is a better playmaker than Clarkson.

I don't think the plan would ever be to replace Clarkson with Hart. Hart isn't that guy. Hart is more KCP than Clarkson. If Hart can grow into THAT role, we'd be set.

I think Jordan has sort of fallen into his role. Not that Jordan is easily replaceable, but ideally you have a backup PG with Hart. Hart is going to be a great backup SG for us. He fills a different role than Jordan today but ideally Jordan's role sort of diminishes with a really competitive team.

Then again if we found a way to get rid of Deng and Julius goes somewhere else, we'd have just enough room to keep Jordan i believe.

I like what JC brings off the bench and as a starter in case of injuries. He's asked to be the scorer off the bench and has played that role well this season, and from what we saw in a couple games, he can still playmake.

I've been willing to trade him because he has a sizeable contract if we need the room for free agency but we do need a guy like him once we have a competitive team.

He's cut down on the dribbling the last couple games, which makes me happy.

    Really happy.

Making decent passes too. His scoring was never an issue.

Tale of 2 halves. Efficient in the 1st. Over dribbling, turning it over in the 2nd. Gave them life.

Luke has to recognize this quicker and bench him when he's stuck in me-mode.

Bench him for who though ? Not Ennis, that's for sure ... Not having a true backup PG is hurting us ( same with the SF position, Brewer is one of the worst players in the league among those who got significant minutes ) .

You have to take the good and the bad with JC with how this roster is constructed .

He's the only player who can bail our stagnant offense out 1 on 1 late in the shot clock

Hart's good for sure on defense but can't score the ball like Lou Williams or his excellent replacement so far this year in Clarkson. I get the sentiment though for Luke continuing to pull a player when doing dumb things that hurt us.
