    And still start part time!

Because AD doesn’t usually play 82

Boston has centers. AD doesn't like to play center. Is this going to factor in if we're expecting him to play there and McGee likes starting. Just wondering.

McGee would fit very well next to AD. I'm going to go take a nap and dream of a starting front line of McGee / AD / LeBron (with Kawhi in the backcourt). Gimme that, and even if I have to start Caruso to make it happen, I'm good.

Do not make the same mistake you did with Brook Lopez. Bring this guy back.

I really like McGee, yeah, he had that stretch where he wasn’t very good, but he got really sick, it hurt his play. He was the best veteran player we signed last season though, he was making the minimum and playing well above that level most of the season, I’d really like to have him back on a better team where he can do his thing and not be such a focus. He was really sticking up for Zo today too

Damn...McGee is also very well respected around the league among the top players...what he says MATTERS.

We better bring this guy back. And if what he's saying about Lonzo is true....maybe we should just do Ingram/Hart/Wagner/Bonga/4th pick/2023 pick and keep Lonzo and Kuzma?

I hope hes not out of our price range. He definitely deserves more than the minimum. Wonder if theres any exceptions we can sign him for after the bigger gets sign.

Room exception, but may not need it if we strike out.

What McGee says in that first clip is exactly why I'd prefer to keep Lonzo in an AD trade, even though I'm a bit higher on Ingram. It's no secret that AD needs an elite playmaker to boost his offense. The way Lonzo and Lebron would feed AD around the basket, it would be terrifying for opposing teams.

Now that the chips have started falling... I want this guy back. He and Kuz were two of my favorite players on this team

I wonder if he takes the min again. After what he showed pre-sickness, you gotta think some team will throw money at him.

Yeah, I’ve been throwing around scenarios of us retaining McGee for the minimum but realistically he deserves more and I’d be surprised if other teams didn’t recognize that.
