    Also, he was in the Sixth Sense. Critical role, even if he only had a minute of screen time.

    I'm sure we will. I just hope he can say his piece about the C Bags and we can say our piece about our teams. I trust they'll get it right. The 30 for 30s that ESPN puts out are always terrific.

    This is similar to the NFL's "A Tale Of Two Cities" which was about the intense rivalry between the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys. The Niners parts were narrated by Jeremy Renner while Sam Elliott did his for the Cowboys both each respective avid fans. Our Laker history with them however is larger and defined a League for over half its existence.

    I agree though we have more star power with Cube than they do with the other Wahlberg. They probably couldn't get Matt Damon.

    What was the title of the Magic / Bird book .... When We Were Kings? Anyone here read it? I always assumed it was a great read.

    There have been a few. I know there was a ESPN show about their relationship/ rivalry. I just don't know the names of them.

    I figure if they are featuring the 80's versions of the teams they should also feature the 80's versions of the hosts? I'm sure they won't mind. It's not like they have anything to be embarrassed about right?

    Don't forget there are 3 parts if you're recording it, I almost did. Very much looking forward to this as I was born in '84 and didn't get to watch this rivalry in the moment. Hoping to see and hear stuff I never have before.

    I was born in 88.. But moved to Greece when i was 4-5, came back when i was 9(Dec of 97) then i got into lakers basketball with Kobe coming off the bench, Elden Campbell and Sean Rooks looking like they were sleeping on the bench at times lmao.

    This definitely a must. Ive always wanted to go back and watch all those series...just never did . this will be great for everyone.
