Honestly I don't even know what to say to those guys. Everyone says the Lakers suck, the Kings are poorly run, the Knicks are a dumpster fire, but is there anything worse than being completely forgotten? There's absolutely nothing going on over there. The Nets might not be a real NBA team right now. They just got their most exciting player in years and years and nobody is even talking about it.

the nets have practically been a forgotten franchise throughout their entire existence

with the exception of getting blown out in the finals two years in a row. with how bad stuff has been in lakerland the past few years, i can't even imagine what it must be like being a lifelong nets fan

I didn't realize that the Mavs played and won the Orlando SL series. So they had more experience playing together.

That's little bliss cloud is about to be popped.

Kuz has been great. They need to read our game thread about the other two. Especially Zu.

While our guy messes around and greats a triple double.

    Everyone needs a brick house.

Just because he's still on our depth chart, does not mean he's still alive. Remember the Green guys paid a player that was dead.

This guy doesn't like our Rob Lowe.

    Paws off our guard.

    We were just better.

    Grinding is Memphis's tag line.

I guess you'll have to taste your own tears.

We are building our own mini GSW.

Need to watch more then 10 minutes of summer league buddy.

I wonder if he knows Roy Hibbert.

It was nice while it lasted.

Wow the Ball hate is strong, trying so hard to not give him credit.

The difference is where and when Ball hits his teammates with passes. You can hit the open man plenty, doesn't mean they'll make the shot. But Ball has the gift of passing to/putting guys in position to succeed. In stride right to the hoop, WIDE open with all day to shoot, running to the 3 point line in transition where all they have to do is catch and shoot with momentum. There was one play where he got either Wear or Kuzma open for a 3. He started to drive toward the paint, 2 or 3 defenders followed, but one was still close enough to Wear (think it was him) to get back, so he took another dribble forward and drew the defenders further away, then hit the shooter. Wear was then wide open with zero need to rush the shot, and burried it. There's a difference between making good passes, and great passes. Plenty of players make good passes, but the best playmakers make great ones.

The usual hate for Ball ( especially because he didn't play) and all Laker fans in general.

    Here....hold my beer.

Want some cheese with that wine.

Not sure you got past first but here... have a participation trophy.

    Big baller brand baby.

Good thing you didn't waste the Wheaties....Fruit Loops may have been more apropos.

Yes he is...with both shooting and the Ben Simmons analogy.

    Hate away. We don't care.

Well he could be a robot. He does have those go go gadget arms and he definitely looks stoned all the time.

Lots of home team stadiums are away game when the Lakers come to town.

    Salty fans.

    Kuzzzzzz

Lonzo....what do you think about bandaids?

They could interview Kuzma instead. He played better then anybody on your team.

    Don't you wish.

    We are back baby.

The guys that are killing your team.

I didn't really think we could either but what do I know.

Balls out and we still won. What's that say about your team.

Not necessarily Doom but I'm eager to read anything from Bill Simmons about the Lakers following the reality of Summer League he witnessed. If spotted by anyone. Bits and pieces so far have been absolutely scrumptious. That was before the championship trophy and Kyle Kuzma's official coming out party. He's already tore up over Ainge's moves or lack thereof, and scared to death of what Lonzo means for the Purple and Gold.

The Ball hate is strong. Love the Kuzma envy. And lol at them hating the ESPN love fest for us. It's summer league, the hate will resume in time, they mocked us for years, and they covered the C Bags title all summer and stopped mentioning ours in '09 and '10 the day after they happened. Hell they made fun of Kobe freakin Bryant nightly with montages of all the shots he was missing during his farewell tour. They'll only follow us because of Ball as long as he plays well and as long as he's a draw for ratings.

YOU KNOW the Lakers are back in the fray when these two sorry franchises try to "troll" the Lakers.

(but really though, these particular fans are really oblivious or it's staged.)

A lot of the Cav fans have already made peace with this and are going over all kind of trade scenarios. Some pie in the sky and some more reasonable.

Better without him? Is this guy on drugs?

The NBA is not going to give you the number 1 pick anymore for years in a row. That ship has sailed.

Well....I've got to agree about the whole flat earth thing being dum.

    Nah....It was Chris Broussard's sources.

What is this guys definition of catastrophe, I wonder?

Lebron is definitely gone after this.

Yeah....that didn't work so well in Minnesota.

Is this guy saying Kyrie is a terrible person?

Go ahead and lose it. I would.

We have a dead player named Deng on our team. We will trade you for Kyrie.

Sorry it's only going to get worse for you when Lebron leaves.

I wonder if this guy flops in bed too? That or screams and 1.

Good. Less you have to burn.

    You think?

    It's new math.

    Waiters be "the man" lol.

    Now this I can believe.

They can be the new banana team boat floating towards the Lakers.

Can Frank write the threat in comic sans?

Isn't this the definition of a bandwagon fan?
