As someone who supported Luke, i dont want people to eat crow. I merely ask for the impossible in today's day and age: patience and perspective. :D

Luke can't diagram a play to save his life. Luke is not a good coach folks, he just isn't. It's the reality of the matter.

Can we stop calling a timeout before getting the last shots, just let Ball figure something out or create a fast break. Luke will just draw up an iso anyways.

Would like to see Zo do this too, but I kinda understand since he doesn't want it to seem where he's disrespecting his pops in the public light.

Per ESPN, this somewhat clarifies why LA never released a public response to Lavar.

Beating good teams is always fun but right now I am more interested in winning all the games we should win and then sneaking in some extras. Looks like we are hitting a growth spurt. Luke is going to be a good coach. Players like to play for him. X's and O's he will figure out along with rotations. When you hire a young inexperienced coach you have to go through the growing pains same as with players. If a franchise is not willing to do that they should hire a veteran. A young team full of players growing up why not let the coach grow with them. We have three if not four young players that will be all-stars at some point. Hopefully they are still with us. By that time Luke will be a good coach. Paul George is coming next season and will blend perfectly with our up and coming stars. Keep our players, keep our coach and enjoy the ride. The level of play this season is much better even if the record doesn't reflect it. I don't want to pull an OKC Blunder.

Remember that Phil Jackson was never known as an Xs & Os genius. Neither was Riley. They both had excellent assistants to help with the details of the game. They were coaches that created a team culture.

Luke is a team culture coach. But I do hope the FO will continue to upgrade his assistants as needed.

I love the uptempo game that the Lakers run under Luke, they just need better olay. But, I do like Fizdale. He did a really good coaching job last year.

We are gonna struggle in half court no matter what. Don't have a consistent go to player yet, no reliable shooters, no post play.

No, we can't. I want to be proven wrong but... prove me wrong, lol. That table showing +/- with and without Lonzo is unbelievable.
