Depending on your opinion (I saw neither Kentucky vs UCLA game all the way through) It's 2 - 0 Fox or they split 1 to 1 in college. Maybe like a recurring thread, as needed .... similar to how we handle our Doomsday Thread .... we can bump this and discuss after each new game they play. Starting pre-NBA tonight with Summer League 2017 against Sacramento. I think this can be therapeutic in restoring the harmony we encourage on LakersBall .... after all of the negative energy that's been released here since Lonzo was drafted.

should consider the other rivals to Ball to (not as key as Fox) but matchups against DSJ and even Mitchell (if utah forces him to play PG) could also be interesting.

Nooooo!! ... well that's off to a great start

Khmrp :SadPau2: I think this with just Fox maybe keeps it simple since between just PGs these two seem to have been most discussed here as the only real candidates, up to a certain point when it became clear the FO was in on Lonzo. Probably in the FO's eyes too. Don't care about those other guys. You're already messing up the positive vibes. ;)

thats fine, just making a note, while DSJ wasn't an option, there were alot of chatter that he is actually the most talented PG out of all the PG's drafted in the top 10.

Oh boy, Russ vs Mudiay and Booker 2.0. :D

Hopefully after a while Ball will make us forget who was even taken after him.

I'm still not sure if this is true or not. What we do know is that his mom had suffered a stroke not long before that game, so instead of having his family at the game, they were all with her in the hospital. I think that may have hurt his game more than anything, but they didn't want to use that as an excuse or put it out there, so they said he hurt his hamstring.

Fox looks like he's going to be a handful

If Ball has a groin thing going on, better to rest it. If you have Big Balls and a torn groin, that's a bad combination!

This makes more sense to me and to Lonzo's credit he never made any excuses about this game.
