^^^ ... reminds of the way they used to break down MJ and Kobe's mirror aspects of their games.

What strikes me is how much smaller/thinner Ingram looks. I don't think Ingram has quite the frame that Durant does, but he's still got some filling out to do.

I agree he might not get there but KD is going into his 11th year while Brandon his 3rd year. That's a ton of growth and strength KD has built. Ingram is not even 21 yet. I know you said Ingram got some filling out to do but it's hard to say for certain that he won't ever get to KD's frame.

No I'm pretty comfortable saying he won't get to Durant's frame. Durant has wider shoulders and is clearly at least an inch or two taller. He's just a bigger human being. Ingram can still definitely gain muscle (and he will), but I think Ingram is just a smaller person. It's easy to underestimate how large of a person Durant is because of how agile he can be, but he's just about 7 feet tall. Ingram looks like he's still in that 6'9" range. Keep in mind as thin as Durant was, he came into the league bigger than Ingram too.

I’m just amazed at the arm length though, I always say he makes me think of Sam Perkins. Reminds me that when Plastic Man Perkins played for the Lakers, I took a date to Numero Uno pizza in Culver City. We walk in and there was a couple and maybe a few others, but basically empty. We sat in a booth and as I was talking to my girl, i noticed in the booth next to us this arm stretched across the whole booth and then some. I look up like WTH and it was Perkins and a date. I was speechless. We didn’t bother him, ate our pizza and that was it. I’ll never forget that encounter.

I don't think it's a matter of whether BI fills out into KD's body, they are already quite similar. To me the bigger obstacle is if Ingram can get his shooting closer to KD's. KD is/was a pure shooter out the gate, at this stage I'm just hoping BI can keep defenses honest with his jumper. It would open up other parts of his game where he's already very skilled at.

nice to see him working on turnarounds and push shots in the paint with his off-hand. given his size and general game, those shots are going to be important.

Good to see these men nowadays learning how to throw hands. A good confidence builder if you are lacking it. This should help BI become more aggressive on the court. Good job BI.
