@abeer3 's point is that while the numbers may have been similar, here is the advanced numbers:

    Beal in his 3rd year: 14 PER, 6.4 RBD%, 15 AST%, 1.8 STL%, 11.7 TO%, 22.5 USG%, 102 ORtg, 105 DRtg, 3.7 Win Shares, 0.5 Box +/-, 1.3 Value Over Replacement (VORP)
    Ingram this year: 13.1 PER, 6.9 RBD%, 8.1 AST%, 1.3 STL%, 14.9 TO%, 23 USG%, 99 ORtg, 114 DRtg, 0.1 Win Shares, -3.7 Box +/-, -0.1 Value Over Replacement (VORP)

So their standard stats are somewhat similar, but the advanced numbers skew heavily in Bradley's favor both offensively and defensively. In fact Brandon thus far is only better than him in one category and that's RBD% by only half a percent. I suppose the ORtg and PER are pretty close too in the other direction to be fair.

Interestingly Bradley Beal is the same age as Brandon so if Brandon can follow a similar career path he'll be an All-Star... in 2022.

I say all this again not as a shot at Ingram. Beal is a really good player. I think people around here should be giving him a little more recognition for his game. If Ingram ends up being as good or better than Beal, that's a great player.

Well first of all, people like abeer more than you, so if both of yall say the same thing, he's going to get the more favorable look...:giggle:

2nd of all, abeer's anti-jinx game is next level. If he doubts BI will be that dude, BI will undoubtedly be that dude.

3rd of all, your talent evaluation, at times, is...uh how do I put this...unbealievable.

And last of all, people love roasting you cause they don't like you...

All that being said, you're still an amazing tickler, had tada graded Bron a B, you woulda been cool with it, Ball still needs to earn the start, Beal ain't worth our BIdness, Bol is the guy you're targeting for next year's draft, Bull is the s*** I'm serving you (Yep.), Bell is cause this match is over, Bill is something you glanced over at dinner last night, although the tickle session afterwards may have taken care of it.

Now i'm going to Bail before you bring all the realness.

Btw, I don't like you...its cause I love you! Juss keepin it real.

There is no debate that Beal far exceeds BI in the Dorf measurement.

I use to see a "star" in BI - now, I'm not so sure.

I can see a very nice utility player, but nothing much more, IMO. I'd probably try to move him at some point. Mitch is familiar with him (since he drafted him), and since Mitch is in Charlotte now, and close to BI's home, maybe we can make something happen for Kemba.

I think it makes sense. BI can go back home, get more freedom on that team, Mitch can gain a young, promising player out of it, and we get our All-Star (Kemba) who addresses some weaknesses we have on the team.

    I'd consider it...

Rough shooting night, but he contributed in a lot of other ways and he did pull it together when it really mattered.

    he's 20

    :Kareemlook:

He'll be outstanding. Will he be an A+ star vs A-? A little too soon to tell, but at least you know he has a great combination of talent, length, and work ethic. Sometimes you need a 2nd guy or 3rd guy like that.

I bet the Lakers let things shake out over time. Unless he goes in a package for a legit star, you hold onto that cheap and productive contract until you can't any longer.

May have already held on too long; once the fans are ready to trade someone, opposing gms are typically past it. Just gotta hope he develops now.

The 3 dribble into defenders losing the ball moves every game lately is beyond getting old. Jesus BI are you Randle now with the 2 or 3 charges a game. Stop it!

He played good defense down the stretch but if Tyson wasn't in there his defense on Trey would have cost us the game. Trey with that cross over blew by him.
