Seems real obvious don't it? And they're easier freaking shots in close. Look at Clarkson who has nowhere near Brandon's length. Rather than abuse your body on 80% of your shots.

Jeezus hopefully it won't take him that long to find a better mix of shots. Not rocket science.

zinger was making him wet his pants down the stretch. absolutely terrified of getting blocked again.

He had a play where he threw the ball away instead of trying to put Zinger on a poster. I was disappointed.

As tall as Porzingis is, I'd be trying to dunk on him every game if I had the height, athleticism, length, or ability. Or height.

right. it's harder to block vicious dunk attempts. zinger isn't strong; see if you can't cram his arm back into the rim and make him think twice about challenging you instead of the other way around.

ingram's tendency to go soft at the finish has been an issue from day one.

Tough night for Ingram but I liked that he kept driving and staying aggressive. Better than those fade aways he was doing early in the year with little chance of success.

Look, Ingram's been outstanding lately. He was due for a stinker. The question is how will he respond next game? Kuz had a stinker and then came back strong on the bounce back. Ingram needs to do the same.

Horrible game, even though I did like how he got his teammates some real nice looks early only for them to miss. Anxious to see how he responds.

He knows this L is on him. This is why I like the kid so much. He gets it!

That being said... It's all lip service till you deliver. We need that bounce back game on Thurs. The Kang needs to witness his future royal guard!

Well, it's not a choice. All players have bad games. Can't really choose which one it's going to be.

I’m not going to get on Ingram for one awful game after he’s played so well and had a steady incline. He’s 20, he’s still a twig, bad nights will happen. It sucks, especially because he’s my favorite Laker, but it’s expected occasionally. As for him running into a big issue or being exposed because his drives weren’t working, I disagree, he took some mid-range pull up shots like usual, they were just way off, one of those nights. What sucked is that it did hurt the other areas of his game, he overdribbled, he iso’d too much, he was tentative, and yes I agree, he was absolutely terrified to drive in or shoot on Porzingis and it caused turnovers. I expect him to be fine next game, I certainly don’t think anything has caught up to him because he had one awful game against a freakishly long defender.

I actually think he tends to attack pretty well, he's just a twig so it can often be unsuccessful with contact.

Tonight was a night when he wasn't even taking it to the rim looking for contact very often which I found disheartening.

The Knicks played him very well , made sure he "met" several bodiesl on his way to the basket and he had no counter .

This is the next step of his development .

I do think he would have the same type of game if it was replayed tomorrow , not an off game ...

Just had a bad game. Kid was on quite a run there. It happens. He’ll bounce back.

Yep. Scouting report has been in; now, he needs those pull-ups to go in efficiently.

And if Luke wasn't so dense; he would another floor spacer in there w/Ingram so the paint wouldn't be so congested.
