Mr. AEG I would like this graphic to be shown at meetings to the potential free agents along with another complex graph with a money sign pointing straight up with an arrow if they sign in LA.

So this is why Uncle Dennis is pushing the Lakers. The second he signs with the Lakers, he probably jumps into the 15 million range. If Kawhi signs with the Lakers, I will buy his signature shoe. I have never done so for any player. So Mr. Rambis, make this part of AEG's sales pitch. Savory Griddles will buy some Kawhi's.

Did the ESPN hit piece expose our very own Mr. Rambis as well?

I thought that Mitchell Robinson was the promise MR. Rambis?

So Kawhi still drives the same paid off truck from college, makes multi millions as a player and now we are led to believe his move will be able endorsements even though Kawhi doesnt like the camera?

    Hi guys,

Yikes! A lot has happened. I'm going to first address the Magic article today since I see a lot of buzz about that, and I'll try to move onto your other questions as well. Also, I have some free agency updates for you, but they are a little old. I've been extremely tied up and will continue to be this week but I'll do my best.

    Regards,
    Mr. Rambis

    Hi @Miggggy !

Great points. I'm running out of time so I'm going to address these in bullets

    • What was published today was NOT the ESPN article that AEG buried.
    • That article only had a few anecdotes about Magic's harassment from the original. That wouldn't be enough to push Magic out of the Lakers. The real article had many more and was much more in depth.
    • The stories in this article were from the original. We know the Lakers leaked it as revenge against Magic's First take appearance. They chose ones that wouldn't make the Lakers look bad but would hurt Magic. The article about the dysfunction was going to be written anyways so they wanted to spin it a little as well. Rumors are that Linda is behind this, but I don't know for sure
    • Magic is reportedly going on air tonight to fight back against the accusations. I hear he's mad. More to come
    • The article was about 50-60% true
    • The Buss brothers wanted Mitchell Robinson. I know that for a fact. Magic overruled them. I'm not sure where the information in the article came from. Maybe someone else. It likely isn't true, or Omari wasn't a serious consideration anyways

    @Mr. Rambis

Hello, been reading many of your posts for a while. I do believe you do have insider information, and thank you for sharing some of that with us loyal "non crazy, but logical" Lakers fans.

Anyways my question to you is what position do you do at AEG? And is it really this easy to get insider info just working any position at AEG?

Last question who are you rooting for the Lakers to aquire and what's your gut feeling what's going to happen in the off season.

    Thank you for your time,
    -OmarE.

    Mr. Rambis,

Are the people at AEG concerned that it appears the Lakers have lost a lot of its appeal as a free agent destination due to being mediocre for 6 years now, plus the dysfunction happening in the front office?

I base my conclusion that the Lakers lost its appeal as a free agent destination with reports that the big free agents such as KD and Kawhi would rather sign with the Clippers over the Lakers. 10 years ago nobody would even consider the Clippers.

Got a few minutes of rare free time today, so I'll try to get to your questions. I may have to miss Finals Game 1 though :(

    Best,
