To be fair, and hopefully not to jinx it, but when was the last time we even had to deal with Lavar? That’s a side benefit of LeBron coming here, nobody gives a s*** about Lavar anymore, and even Zo has had some of the spotlight taken off of his back.

This. As long as he’s a Laker, Lavar will be the quietest. On any other team, he will run his mouth until he’s back on the Lakers lol.

He's just off in Lithuania again. Hard for reporters to get to him for stupid quotes. Stay vigilant ....

But...Hayward is a wing on a team with two other VERY talented wings...And Anthony Davis is like the 3rd best player in the league, maybe even second when his entire game is taken into account. If it costs Hayward, Rozier and draft picks, Ainge doesn't even hesitate.

Believe me. I want to believe Ainge wouldn't do Hayward dirty like that, but the only thing that is telling me he wouldn't is the fact that him doing it is bad for the Lakers.

Our package would have to be Kuzma, Lonzo, KCP and Stephenson. C Bags can beat that I think.

Think about it this way...if you're going to sign the supermax (and it's a given that it will be offered to him no matter what) and you're already marketable, then why change agents and sign to Klutch out of all agencies?

Yeah, not exactly a convincing discussion that he's going to be staying in NO. Focus on this year . . . of course. But he brought it up, it's about winning and I don't see it happening in NO. I don't think the switch in agents is just coincidence. Love the fact that he talks about Kobe and Lebron in this video too.

Man that got... awkward when she mentioned the cash and signing a long term deal in NO. Jeez. He really didn't say anything confidently at all. Yikes!

This guy has his eyes elsewhere for sure.

AD, Bron, Ingram, Hart and Ball. Kuz and vets off the bench. Schedule the parade.

Except to get AD, Ingram and Zo or Kuz would be gone, maybe even Hart. He’s under contract for 2 more full seasons before he has a player opt out. I’m all for trading for him if we could get a 3rd star to join, but the team wouldn’t look like that. Ingram would almost certainly not be here to start with.

I know AD is a sexy name and deservedly so but if we're giving up ALL 3 of ball, ingram, kuz, we're gona be F'd if we dont win a chip during James contract. When AD hits his 50/mill deal and all we got are low end talent from the draft, how we gona fill out the rest of the roster? I know Ad/James can get us a few rds but if GSW team is intact, I still see how getting owned by them.

And you think the Pelicans would accept Ingram, a future 1st, and Mo because...? This isn’t a disgruntled Kawhi with one year left on his deal. Or even a Kyrie asking out with 2 years left. AD hasn’t asked out yet, he’s got 2 full years left on his deal, and he’s arguably a top 3 NBA player. I would welcome AD here, but I also realize he’s so good it would probably take Ingram, Zo, Hart, and a pick or two, and that might not even get it done unless he specifically demands to be traded here, because other teams can beat that with all-star names. Getting AD here would most certainly gut our team, that’s why I have said I am ok with it, but only with an assurance that one of KD or Kawhi are coming too.

Kawhi went for a heavily protected 1st, a young big prospect and an conference based all-star on a long-term deal.

Kyrie essentially went for the 8th overall pick.

Butler is rumored to go for a prospect on a team friendly deal, a bloated contract in Waiters and a 1st rounder.

Kawhi is arguably a top 10 talent now and when healthy a top 5 guy. But AD is obviously a much better player than those other guys. But if he uses Klutch to force a deal to a preferable destination, he will have his value diminished a bit. We've seen it time and time again.

With Boogie injured and Butler likely heading East, BI has a better chance at gaining an all-star nod among the current Western conference frontline players.

A package based around a possible all-star in BI, a young prospect and a lightly protected future 1st is at least a conversation starter. You can add assets as you go, but if AD successfully forces the issue, he will likely depreciate his value.

That "great team behind him" that advises him will tell him to go to a bigger market where he can win. Oh and that team, well we all know who that team is...but let's say they've been klutch of late in getting things done.

Honestly, I feel like we're getting AD or KD. I don't care which D we get, just give me a D.
