Sorry guys. It's not available to the public. My bro-in-law has a Reserve Society membership at the bruery, giving him access. Two bottle limit. Drank the first friday night and saving the second to age for next year. If you ever pull a sirron, I'll hook you up.

In that case, just answer your door. The bell is about to ring in three...two...one...

I don't know how they did it, but it really tastes like rocky road. The walnuts are very present, as is the chocolate and surprisingly, there's a sweet marshmallow taste too. Phenomenal!

Blackberries? Yes. Belgian quad? Not at all. It's a sour, which is not advertised at all. It's a good sour with lots of tart blackberries and some oak. But no belgian quad flavor to speak of was disappointing.

    Tons of vanilla. It's delicious!

Not sure if posted here before, but Ballast Point had a Red Velvet on Nitro that was amazing. Tasted like a light (body), vanilla Guinness. Creamy and light (body) enough to take 3-4 down easily.

Recently discovered a gin and IPA combo. I'm doing some experiments. I'll be back when I get the ratios correct.

I found my new go to drink, the Moscow mule and the occasional variety to it.

Picked up some 'gredients to try this. Went with stone Cali-Belgian ipa, which turned out lovely. I went with a 3:1 ratio. Pro-style? Add a few dashes of aromatic bitters.

I've been doing 1.5 oz gin to 6 oz IPA. I've also been muddling some brown sugar and lime juice. I take it the bitters would accomplish about the same thing as that concoction :)

What're your thoughts? I've enjoyed it.

Yeah that ratio seems perfect. I think a shot of gin with the rest ipa in a pint glass is the same ratio, right? The lime and brown sugar sounds great. Similar to the bitters but there's a unique herbiness too the angostura bitters that pairs very well with the hops and juniper. Trifecta of herbal balance. I love the cocktail. It f****d me up real quick as the beer was close to 9% abv.

For a more traditional cocktail, try muddling gin, bitters, brown sugar, a lime wedge and then add ice and stir and then finish with a splash of grapefruit juice. Like a gin old fashioned

Wow. 9% will get ya. I had two with about. 5.5% ABV beer. It was nice. I took my time. Great sipper.

I bought this like 9 months ago and then realized it recommends waiting until october 2016 to drink. I think last weekend was close enough. It's a sour brown ale with a lot of barnyard funk and oakiness. It's a great sour, but the funk was a little strong.

Awesome beer. It's their black tuesday imperial stout mixed with their oude tart flemish red sour. It's a crazy combo that works so well. Unique and delicious.

Delicious beer. It's a little tart and a lot stout, but still tart enough to be a distinct flavor of sour blueberry to mesh well with the bourbon vanilla oak. Unique beer.

Meh, it's a pretty tart gose. Grapey.

This is easily my favorite scotch. It's 54%abv, yet super smooth. It's a perfect balance of peat and sweet, so drink it neat (haha).

Big disappointment. It's not a sour ale. It tastes like a barrel aged barleywine with fresh lime juice. It's not bad, but not what I was expecting.

This was a little disappointing too. It's a nice barrel aged beer, but it was just meh. The spices and chili didn't come through enough.

This is the holy grail of beers for most. It's extremely difficult to get because the monks don't distribute it. i tried it years ago and got my hands on another one recently. It's rated as the best beer in the world my many. I think it's amazing, and clearly the best belgian ale by a wide margin, but it's not my favorite beer. The flavor profile is quite amazing. It tastes of belgian yeast and spices like any other belgian dark ale,but there's this prominent flavor of chocolate covered raspberries that's quite awesome. There's no added chocolate or fruit, so those flavors come naturally somehow, which is neat.
