What we lack is size and shooting obviously. Size and shooting. Neither weakness was addressed by the FO in the off-season.

Instead they went out and got some redundant players that basically just duplicate what we already had.

I'm sorry, I was down on our moves after signing LeBron and now I'm wondering why 99% of the people ignored the obvious? This roster has no balance whatsoever.

We need to find size and shooting...At the same time, one has to wonder what to do with the garbage on hand.

Moe and Svi address shooting. Long as they get some run after showing they can play in the league with smart matchups they can handle. Like Kuzma and Hart got last year. Travis Wear is a smart player who can shoot as well and knows his role. Hart will shoot around 40% from 3pt and BI shot 39% last year and 50% for a whole month. Sky is not falling in that regard.

After KD, KL, Klay, I'm on my Kemba Walker watch; might not be ideal, but he's had a wonderful start to the season. Oh, and he can shoot...

The problem is you don't want one trick ponies that can shoot. You need shooting, aggressive defense, athleticism, speed, winning mentality etc etc.

You cannot win with shooters that get roasted on defense and can't grab a rebound and can't play make etc..

I was against trading youth for established star lvl vets but while it is only 3 games I think we should reconsider that approach and make that trade for Butler, Ingram/KCP pkg when time comes. I know Butler didn't have us on the list, but neither did OKC with PG and he stayed. I'm sure Ingram will grow into something but I'm sure that something might never even be Butler's lvl.

Are you sure, or is it that he might never?

Either way, the numbers should lead you to conclude that a Ingram for Butler trade would be foolish.

Here are Bulter's first two years starting at age 22:

    2.6ppg / 1.3rpg / .03apg
    8.6ppg / 4.0rpg / 1.4apg

Here are Brandon's first two years and still only 21:

    9.4ppg / 4.0rpg / 2.1apg
    16.1ppg / 5.3rpg / 3.9apg

not considering opportunities though...Butler wasn't a #2 pick so he didn't get his chance to shine till yr 3 of his career....Ingram has been considerably much more opportunities and right now I'm beginning to think last yr's #'s were because he got higher usage...he still looks timid at times still. For all the praise we give him for his work ethic, his shot especially from 3's isn't any better

Talent wise: Harden, CP3, Butler, Melo, Capela is loaded.

Personalities meshing for team chemistry = ???

Early video of Morey adding Butler to the mix:

    1. told y'all.
    2. minny needs to get super limited protections and push those picks out a couple years. if so, totally worth it for them.

and wow, real balls-out title move for houston. basically saying win one this year or next, because after that, we're totally f***ed.

    They are no matter what:

    D’Antoni playoff performance
    CP3 annual playoff injury incoming
    Har_en
0-46 from 3 when it counts the most
No Ariza or Luc to do the dirty work this year
    Too many “stars”
    Melo
    Flopping Karma

I know, but damn, competitive balance. We don’t need like 8 or 9 of the top 25-30 players in the league on like 3 teams.
