    Klutch is active...

I'm pretty sure Hill's partially guaranteed (1m) will be waived and with Bledsoe taking up that portion of the cap, Bucks will have roughly 16m in cap space this summer.

They got plenty room for Middleton and Brogden's 3m caphold as a RFA.

They can shed nearly 17m in GHill's nearly fully unguaranteed deal...so with the extension, even with a maxed out Middleton and a 15-20m per Brogdon, they will still avoid the luxury tax.

That's pretty good cap management. But if they look to keep Niko and BLo to modest salaries, then becoming a tax payer will be more likely.

    You got it bro!

If anything, a small market like the Bucks maxing out Middleton @32.7m next year and still avoiding the luxury tax is a huge win...I think it's more likely now that he stays cause they'll be more willing to throw him the entire bag.

That and the rhetoric I heard from him in interviews leads me to believe the same thing.

didn't see that coming. good work, bucks. headed off some summer issues, sent a message both internally and externally regarding their commitment to their squad.

worst case, it's only a slight overpay to what bledsoe would have gotten on the open market.

Bucks get Pau too. Makes it easy for me to root for them to sweep the East.

going against lil' bro. really figured he'd find his way to toronto. but yeah, go bucks!

    except tonight, i guess.

though if rondo and lebron keep playing defense like they have, i'll probably root for the bucks tonight, too.

Bucks have a very nice center rotation now of BLo & Pau. They will be very effective doing the opposite of each other.

Max Bledsoe could have got was 4yrs 80m via an extension. Rich took Gilbert to the shed with JR and Tristan...messed around and f***ed up Kcp and Noel. Made some of it back with Kcp via Bron to LA tho...and now "lost" about 2.5m annually for Bledsoe with some serious red ink in his medical record.

    That Wall contract tho..whoa!

Bulls should have bought out RoLo so he can sign with Toronto. ECF Lopez and Gasol bro's going at each other.

I don't get why we didn't look for a PG in Lonzo absence .....

Not that I agree with this thinking, but probably...

    Take your pick:

LeBron was returning to his usual Point Forward role.
BI is currently viewed as a decent backup Point Forward.
No PG good enough was available.
