    Htown & Toronto have 3 open roster spots and 3.9m and 5.3m (via tax-payer exception) to spend respectively. I doubt they offer the entire bag to Kief, but they can if it becomes a money thing.

    We only have the vet min or 940k of the room exception (Beas took 3.5m of it) to offer.

    If we miss out on Kief....Melo is a Laker...which is an absolute shame and will basically put a stamp on us missing the playoffs.

    We could have just cut Beasley to free a roster spot. But instead we traded him and Zubac. I’ve heard some justification that this ends up saving the Lakers a bit more money.

    So I’m sure glad Jeannie gets to save a little money at Zubac’s expense, all so we can free up this roster spot for ... who? Melo at this point?
