He's been doing well off the bench for the most part after putting in work with his shooting g Doc. On offense anyway and is still fast in the open court.

how bout we sign and give McCaw a tryout? at this pt we can't rely on healthy Rondo and doesn't hurt us much either even when Rondo comes back, Mccaw could still be insurance for us in case Rondo goes down again or even Zo himself.

i'll be watching cousins very closely this year. i think he's a likely FA target after all the others re-sign with their current teams. pretty decent chance he's a laker next year if he's mostly healthy.

Sac would need to send out a contract like Yogi (3m) along with Zach to make the money work.

Fyi: Rich Paul reps Koufos and McLemore and both are Sac expiring deals.

FyiToo: Helping Sac (and even Memphis) is in our best interest. The cbags own their 1st rounders and anything to further kill the value of those picks only helps in the AD sweepstakes.

upgrade for sac if it happens. i don't think they trust WCS and bagley all that much. kanter's defensive issues probably won't bother them, as they tend to just outscore folks.

That's a weird trade for the Kings...Kanter will eat into the minutes of WCS/Bagley and those 2 are the future for the Kings I thought....

I guess I don't mind it as long as the Kings juuuuust barely miss the playoffs...we're goody

    Shams Charania @ShamsCharania

The Oklahoma City Thunder are retiring Nick Collison and his No. 4 jersey on March 20.

So this is the franchise that PG chose over us, lol...

Wait, seriously?? I mean, I understand they are a young franchise, but... isn't he a 5/5 player or something like that? Whatever.... good for him, I guess. :Beertoast2:

Thank god we're not retiring George's and Cook's jerseys any time soon.

I mean I get it, he's been there since like 1975, so you gotta recognize that somehow.

Cuban would. Pair 20 year old Zo with 19 year old Luka for the next 15 years. Careful what y'all wish for .....

i question it. carlisle doesn't love pgs who can't shoot. that said, he did like kidd (after some early turbulence). and that said, kidd was a pretty good standstill shooter at that point.

i think both teams say no to such a deal, but their trade value is basically equivalent. non-mavs and lakers teams think each player is disappointing (even if that's not fully accurate).

Since most of y'all interested in trading the kiddies...here are some targets:

If the Grizz choose to tank, their pick remains with them and won't go to the cbags if it becomes a top 8 pick.

they'd have to tank hard, though, as several east teams are worse. in fact, worst case scenario appears to be playing out, as memphis will probably end up with the 9th pick (that's where they are right now, roughly--14th in the west is still better than all non-playoff east teams).

Also remember that the new anti-tanking odds are in effect this coming draft.
