Wassup everyone, just caught up on the majority of players threads since I've been MIA some, doesn't seem I missed out on too much&been on the 49ers forum antsy for the season to begin.

Looks like we're officially a month away from pre-season, but excited for training camp to come as we see our young team develope and how the depth chart will unfold going into the preseason.

Here's the latest news as we approach TC, which includes signing F Travis Wear and G Julian Jacobs who're most likely TC bodies.

    http://www.calisportsnews.com/lakers-sign-julian-jacobs-training-camp-deal/

Looking forward to the new season and shooting the ish with y'all.

I need to hear some legit news& see a pre-season game to get my juices flowing doe haha. Hope everyone's been well.

Me neither. I expect us to do better than last year, which shouldn't be that hard to do. That's about it. I'm hoping for about 30 wins but that might be overly optimistic with the youth of our roster and working through a new system under a brand new head coach. I'm just excited for something new.

Things are going to feel weird with no Kobe there. But I'm looking forward to seeing what Luke can't do with this roster. There's enough young guns to be excited about and see them grow together. And theres enough vets to provide solid production. Can't wait!

I have expectations. I expect us to be better under Luke than we were under Byron. I'm confident we can't be any worse.

I do have expectations and rather high expectations.

I think the Lakers will not win more than 30 games. I know many here have unrealistic expectations and I believe the Lakers will suck as a team overall.

My expectations are not for the collective but for the single players.

I expect Russell to make a serious jump. I expect Clarkson to improve steadily and even though I'm not high on Randle, I still expect improvements, especially his turnstyle defense. I also expect Nance to be featured more with his versatility and energy. I think he will be fun to watch.

Then I want to see Ingram prove that he was worth a 2nd pick.

I have no expectations for the rest. White boys can't jump (Mozgov, Huertas and Calderon) and guys like Anthony Brown or Black are 3rd stringers. Lou is what he is and he won't be better or worse, same as Deng although Deng has slowed down considerably from his prime days.

Pretty much sums up my feelings, would like Zubac to crack the rotation as well later in the season.

I've been MIA as well but I just wanted to stop by and say that I'm very excited and hope to be back in a couple of weeks.

I expect us to be around a 30 win team as currently constructed. There's no way we're as bad as last year, we were something like the 2nd worst team in the league, with statistically the worst coach in NBA history.

We have nowhere to go but up, but fans will need patience. There will be struggles.
