Vogel should be able to hide him. I mean the quick guards no one will stay in front of. It comes down to scheme and discipline.

I told you guys Rondo is a waste of space...

He'd have to hide Cook and Lebron then. Though Cook can funnel his guy into AD and McGee.

As long as it's 8-10 min a game & with the Bench + we get "Playoff Rondo", It's fine. Just seems like we're loaded with Guards now.

We are loaded with Guards, but not really anyone that can break down the defence from that position - Caruso might be the best at it with his age.

    Caruso/Rondo/Cook
    Green/KCP/Bradley/Daniels

We might see Green play more mins at SF, he is big enough for it and run KCP and Bradley at the 2. Not sure what to do with Caruso, part of me wants him to start, but I think he’ll be back to the 3rd string role and Rondo and Cook will take up mins at the 1 to start the year.

We’re weak at our SF rotation, Dudley backing up Lebron isn’t ideal, so I can see Green getting some mins there. But when Lebron sits down, who is going to create? Rondo?

Yeah.. I see a lot of bench guys playing 2-3 and 3-4, depending on matchups & which Starters are still on the floor.

 He’s so bad. Hopefully having Bradley, Cook, and Caruso means he hardly ever plays.

dude need to work on his 3pt shot, dont care if hes an older vet, tired of his asst hunting mentality where he gives up an easy layup to pass it back out, yea we got shooter's this time but ill take the higher % shot if its there

He better not start. That's all.

I can accept a limited bench role but I don't want him starting or finishing games. Ever.

As much as I dislike Chris Dudley, I really did not want Rondo back. He's still a ****** at heart. I don't think this makes much basketball sense. There has to be someone out there, anyone. I mean literally anyone. He was awful last year.

Bringing back Rondo is an indictment of our FO. Our coaching staff is going to spend all season mitigating his shortcomings and making him not as big a problem as we fear. I’d love to know what need he fills, or what one reason we should be happy with this signing.

Playoff Rondo we can hope for an appearance? When he plays smart he can still be an asset? Chemistry already with Bron, Kuz, AD and Boogie? We're short on guards that can create a bit? All I got, I didn't want him back either. But like KCP if they can be encouraged and forced to play smart they can still be useful players. Do it Vogel.

Honestly.. Before we signed Bradley, Rondo didn't bother me so much. Caruso & Cooke aren't experienced floor leaders...
Now I'm not sure how much PT He can actually get & I think that may become a problem for him..Hope I'm wrong.

Makes more sense to give him a coaching contract and free up a roster spot.
