    No they can't. They're hard capped because they're a luxury tax team that just signed and traded for D'Angelo Russell.

    They may trade Russell away into cap space at some point in the future which would give them room to sign Draymond, but they're in a very tricky cap situation.

    I wouldn’t mind Melo, but with Dudley here Melo is kind of redundant. What we are missing is a defensive minded guy that can guard the 3. Iggy would be absolutely perfect for what we need.

    We need a combo type of scorer who can create for themself and others (I don't think Kuzma can do this yet and he can't guard guards)

    Damn, would have liked RHJ if I'm being honest.
    Thabo is still available but I think we're trying to wait out this Iggy buyout situation. Hopefully Thabo doesn't get picked up in the process.

    Yeah, and we only have 2 roster spots left. Presumably one being saved for THT. If Iguodala gets bought out, I think we go for him, but otherwise I think we’re good to roll with what we have.

    Could be wrong, but I think we could save our room exception and use it for a mid-season buyout which would give us a big advantage in that market.

    Kinda mad we used up all our cap space. Getting Russ traded into it would have been so much fun. Our team would be far worse with Westbrook, but for the sheer reality show entertainment aspect of it all...it would be amazing.
