Dame is a very good / great NBA player. But he ain't no MVP caliber player. You can't expect him to come through every night. Sometimes he comes through, sometimes he doesn't.

I wasn't expecting Denver to lose a game at home this series...

I wonder if Portland can capitalize now and win both at home in portland...but I suspect the Nuggets will take one in Portland and this series will go the distance

Loved the ubiquitous double technical given half to Kanter after Jokic pushed him into the poor dude with his beak already stuffed with cotton and a face mask on, knocking him to the floor and then Murray running over to get in his face. With the hindsight of video angles the refs still did it.

Giannis on the C Bags' physicality: "You can play to the limits of fouling. They definitely play to the limits of [flagrant] fouling.”

Don't understand how Kanter got a tech when he did not instigate anything. Murray should have received one alone.

Toronto being trash while Kawhi ballin' out...

seriously, is there a bigger choker than Lowry? Instant hot garbage in post-season.

I saw the first half of this game and Lowry was absolute garbage.

It’s basically Siakam and Kawhi vs the 76ers.

uh oh, houston has upset some of its media wonks (though there's still the obligatory: "really hope they make a buncha threes and play great!" at the end).

    https://www.theringer.com/2019/5/3/...olden-state-warriors-nba-playoffs-officiating

they still avoid the obvious topic: why has houston gotten its a** kissed by the nba so egregiously for several years running?

i also giggle at the notion that they play great basketball...ever. it's an eyesore. snuff it out, warriors. if you're going to dominate the league, at least let one bit of your legacy be saving the game from harden, paul, dantoni, and morey.

Jamal Murry is unlikeable, but he’s not afraid of the moment or the big shot

Not watching the Denver/Blazers series, but looks like awesome games

I can't watch the game, but looking at the stat sheet it shows that both teams have taken 113 shot attempts and each have attempted 40 threes through 4 qtrs and 3 OT's.

    80 three point attempts? Crazy.

Nokia has set a record for minutes by a 7 footer in the playoffs at 64 min so far

Not bad for a fat dude

    Very closely matched teams

Jokic misses a crucial free throw after playing 65+ minutes. Blazers win.
