    Plans?

I'm waiting until my slacker daughter wakes up, getting some Starbucks, doing some work. Then pumpkin pie baking (and eating), watching some scary stuff, probably watching the Lakers, and handing out candy.

Last year I bought a three huge bags of candy expecting to spoil the crap out of some kids...

    None showed up.

This year I'm buying the same amount of candy and going nuts. Forget the kids!

    That's what's up!

I took the daughter out; we picked up coffee (Pumpkin Spice Latte for her; I drink lame drinks), did some shopping.
Came home. She's working on a pumpkin pie. I'm designing a workout to simulate a zombie attack. We'll do that workout together in a bit.
The candy is ready. Halloween is on.
    Cider for later.
    Should be a great day.

    Sounds like a blast man.

I've always wanted to be that guy who dresses like a scarecrow and freaks kids out... Maybe I'll do that this year.

I found one of these last year; my daughter loved it. She asks me to try to make interesting workouts for her, so here was today's. At each "station" (my house and yard) there was a numbered card.

#1: You've just remembered you left your signal flare on the docking area you were rescued from. You're scared. Do 10 burpees.
#2: You've got to sneak past zombies to the marina. Crawl down the hall and go outside. (I was waiting with a mask to scare her.)
#3: This is your canoe (45# bar). Carry it across to the opposite fence (about 100 feet).
#4: Row to the boat! (20 deadlifts at 45 pounds)
#5: Climb the old chain rope (drag a 30 pound kettlebell across the lawn by a 10 pound chain).
#6: Run from zombies! (300m run)
#7: Smash zombies! (Use an 8# hammer to attack a halloween mask I'd set up) - 15 swings each arm
#8: grab the backpack with the flare in it. Do it all in reverse. Then pop your flare.
7.6.5.4.3.2.1. Then there was a snickers bar in the bag (the flare).

Took her a little over 20 minutes to do it. I'm about to do it with heavier weights. We'll see how it goes. It's hot as f*** in Orlando.

Playing some table tennis, buying some candy, watching the Lakers. Might eat a couple of candies but just lost some weight and I can't slide too far.

Watching some scary stuff and watching the Lakers. Two birds one stone

My plan (pretty boring but I dont mind):

Watching the Bulls-Cavs game, Lakers game, and then depending on my mood either go to a friend's party after the Lakers game or watch some scary movies with the roommates.

Had my first cup of coffee ever the other week... Had that Pumpkin Spice Latte:

I dressed as a hippie-ish school teacher (found this absurd vest at a thrift store, along with a green turtleneck) and went and party-hopped with this girl that I like, and actually partied for the first time ever SOBER (she's anti-drug). It was interesting, but fun.

Unfortunately, I woke up to hear that some friend of mine got hit by a car as she was trying to cross the street... :( She's in a medically-induced coma now, no internal bleeding, hopefully not much brain damage. Being sober saves lives!

Oh my God; that's not a good Halloween story. Hope everything works out for her.
