    Did someone say troll?

@Savory Griddles looks like your analogy game now has competition. Step your game up bro.

Btw, boys do it too! That's how Savs got his wife & that fat mortgage.

Anywho, Magic was here and we got leaks. Magic ain't here and we got leaks.

Magic warned Jeanie not to get too emotionally attached and now we're hearing Kuz is the holdout. Who's leaking that? Who's trying to make this look like it's Jeanie's fault?

Did Griff leak that he was on the verge of getting George to pair with Bron in Cleveland before he stepped down?

Did Rich Paul/Klutch leak trades that occurred in Miami and Cleveland?

Why are Zo, BI, #4 mentioned by accredited guys like Stein, yet no names are floated by known insiders that mention players on the Knicks, the cbags, the Nets and for f***'s sake, even SGA is considered untouchable by the cLips. No other names are coming out for AD, other than our young boys. So who is doing that? Are we going to pull Magic out of retirement to do another press tour stating the obvious in that we shouldn't baby them in a cold business like the NBA?

    Who's trolling us?

Anyways, there is a troll toll and I'm paying for it (peep the title under my handle). Some of y'all shouldn't feed into it... It's not worth it.

Just my 2cents...ah s***, they took that too. This toll is getting ridiculous.

Lol I would drive Kuz to LAX if I had to

Take any of the 3 assets, 2021 1st, and even one of Hart/Wagner

THATS IT, THATS THE DAMN OFFER

NO MORE NO LESS, THIS IS FAIR

This is why i am advocating we walk away from the table with our best offer on the table and nothing more. Gotta draw the line somewhere. I think we have already done that and the leaks are from Pel's side trying to get more.

That's not generally how you successfully negotiate. Last/ best/ final rarely gets the desired result.

I agree this is what the Pelicans are likely, if not almost certainly doing, but I’m not walking away anymore. We walked away from Paul George and it was a mistake. If we had any shot at Kawhi and didn’t trade for him (though I don’t think we did) it would be a mistake. We can’t do that again, we can’t have all these kids names in the news again and walk away and expect it to be all ok. We can’t let AD go elsewhere and punt cap again to try for him in 2020, or if he isn’t moved let this drag out again to the trade deadline, we can’t. This needs to get done, especially if we have intel that AD leads to a 3rd max guy signing here, it will sting, but we’ll look back in a year and have forgotten all about it if we’re competing for a title.

I’ve been told by many people that I look a lot like Kuzma.

I’ll take one for the team and volunteer to be Jeannie’s toy if she ships him out for AD.

If we just cleared up cap room for 2 Max FA's they will sign so its a must to trade away a scrub D'Angelo Russell(who happen to have the same agent as PG) to clear that salary it would be great... Ooo you mean @ 23 years old he became an allstar.... You know those Scrubs Randle and Lopez who want 5 mil a year each for 2 years we cant sign them because you know we need our cap space for this year for the Max FA....

Part of me agrees with you. But i cannot escape the fact that our offer now is actually better than our godfather offer the Magic made.

BI, ZO, Kuz + 4th is better than BI, ZO, Kuz, + 3 future 1sts. IMHO. (seems like PELS want everything, that's why a deal hasn't been done yet.)

Why the hell are we giving up more now when our leverage is higher than it was before the trade deadline? This is assuming that CBags won't include Tatum in the deal. Why would Ainge do that? Irving is as good as gone. Knicks don't have that coveted #1 pick like Pels thought they would back then.

Everything that has happened has increased our leverage since the trade deadline.

This is partially why you probably do it if it comes down to it. Previous times we didn’t pull the trigger another team swooped in, don’t want that to happen again.

Also, again, reported offer at the deadline was something like BI, Zo, Kuz, Hart, Zu, KCP, 2 firsts, maybe 2 seconds. That seems like more to me. Never viewed Hart as a throw in, he was hurt last year, but when healthy is a great bench player.

You really shouldn’t assume that my stance was ever of this sort when you’ve just joined the forum. I was disappointed to see Russ go to dump Mozgov, I was disappointed to see Randle go and have us use that money on Rondo and Lance, and I was pissed to see us let Lopez walk and use that money on Beasley (though at the time I at least expected Beasley to give us decent bench production). This is a different scenario, this isn’t dumping our kids for cap space, it’s trading them for an actual superstar, a true 2-way franchise player. And yes I do believe landing him would increase our chances at also adding a Kyrie, a Butler, or at least up our odds in the Kawhi sweepstakes a little.

I never have an issue agreeing to disagree, we all have our own takes and what we prioritize on the team. I’m going to be disappointed if AD ends up in Boston or some other team in the West that boosts them way ahead of us out of nowhere like Denver or something. But I’ll still be excited to see what happens with us if that is the case, I’m not gonna cry if we go into free agency with BI, Zo, Kuz, and say Garland on the roster. We can still go hard after Kawhi or Kyrie, and I’d personally be pretty happy if we “ended up” with Butler, that’s a guy who seems to live to up his game in the playoffs. Anyway, this is some interesting reporting, odd actually, hopefully just speculation

First thing is first Griff is in charge, but he's running the weave with the GM he hired...Trajan Langdon. Dude that was there in BK when we traded DLo there. So there's pre-existing rapport. Griff works well with Klutch and Trajan has dealt with members of our FO before, so there's that.

The urgency is to see if picks can still be moved before draft night... But Griff was part of the Love for Wiggins trade, so he's more than willing to wait this out and have said draft picks signed and aggregated for AD to complete the task in August.

Also seems like this is important in terms to AD...

    23 year old 18.7 points, 2.5 assists, 5.5 rebounds, .515 eFG% - UNTOUCHABLE
    23 year old 16.1 points, 2.6 assists, 8.0 rebounds, .563 eFG% - let 'im walk.
    21 year old 18.3 points, 3.0 assists, 5.1 rebounds, .518 eFG% - trade bait.
    21 year old 9.9 points, 5.4 assists, 5.3 rebounds, .488 eFG% - trade bait.
    20 year old 15.6 points, 4.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds, .483 eFG% - ship him out.

I don't understand the Kuzma thing. Randle is better. Russ is better. I think Ingram is already better, and I have to think that Ball is going to be better.

The only way it makes sense is Pels want Kuz in addition to what we have already offered. In other words they want the Godfather offer again, now its the 4th not the 11th and future 1sts.

So many conflicting reports...I don't think this goes past the draft.

I am think will be a deal done by next week. IMO. Officially.

I’m not buying the Kuz thing because of what you just listed. He’s good, he’s on a cheap deal, but no way is he what stops an AD trade, Ramona is reporting that as well if it matters. He’s also about to turn 24 next month, so he’s got 2-3 years on these other players so of course he appears a little more polished already, he had 3 years of college ball. It’s like when people praise Siakam to knock down BI, Siakam is 25, come back to me when Ingram is that age if he hasn’t surpassed him.

    The Ramona bit
